Author has written 9 stories for Mabinogi, Hogan's Heroes, and Mass Effect.
Hello! Welcome to my corner of this site. Right now I'm a college student who hasn't decided what to study. If pressed, I'll admit I aim to become a successful novelist who can support herself through book-writing, but until then I'll just have to work a regular job. Fanfiction is both my writing practice and my venting of the passion for certain creative works(or in layman's terms, fangirl feelings. Though hopefully I can be mature about these strange hormones.)
You can also find me on tumblr.com and archiveofourown.org under the name mmwaveprincess for both! Tumblr is my personal blog and AO3 is where I'll also be posting everything I post here!
A little about me:
Astrology: I'm an Cancer, full of passion and drama and in Chinese horoscope I was born in the year of the dog. How old am I? Wellll I can legally now consume spirits so there you go :)
Heritage: Although I am American(and my family has been since the late 1800's) I am proud to claim six countries as my ancestor's homes at some point. I am German, Danish, English, Scottish, Irish, and Welsh. I'm mostly German though with a strong dash of English/Scottish followed by a pinch of Danish and a couple drops of Irish and Welsh. I am proud of who I am and I refuse to be ashamed about it.
Belief: I believe in God and if you must classify as me something then I'm a Methodist of the Protestant branch of Christianity. However I try to follow Jesus's teachings about loving not just yourself and your neighbors but your enemies as well. I do my best to love and accept every person for who they are. Love is indeed the most powerful force on earth. I also choose to be optimistic, believing that every second should be seized by the moment and lived for instead of wallowing in grief. Faith, Hope, Love, Truth, and Peace have to be my favorite virtues.
Languages: American English, and some Spanish(but I'm not fluent). I hope to learn German someday to honor my ancestors.
This is my view on writing so I'm putting it down here for you to read. I am of the old mold of writers, the ones that believe strongly in world building and don't believe a story is a story with a simple action orientated plot. I like to add details to my stories so the reader feels like he's part of a place instead of reading a story. I like to build the world around the characters so even as they change and develop there's the sense the world around him is a vibrant living thing that does the same. The kind of story where you can imagine jumping into and living simply because it's so real. I've been inspired by people like Anne McCaffrey, JR Tolkien, and Sir Walter Scott who I feel always add good detail and write complete stories.
My Favorite Music: Linkin Park(a totally awesome alternative rock band), Taylor Swift(hey her songs are cool dang it!), Tim McGraw(Love country music!); Beethoven(classical music is fun to play!); and just about anything but for rap. Can't stand rap.
Favorite Activities: Playing the Flute, Writing, Reading, Watching any of the shows below, playing Video games, Eating, Sleeping, and Hiking in the Redwoods. Knitting is great too and someday I'll learn to sew.
My favorite anime: Gundam Wing, Full Metal Panic! RomeoxJuliet, Digimon: Digital Monsters
American Cartoons: Phineas and Ferb, Looney Tunes(The classics not the modern!)
Favorite TV Shows: Hogan's Heroes, MASH, Starsky and Hutch, Star Trek Deep Space Nine, Boy Meets World, House M.D., Girl Meets World

Favorite Games:Mabinogi, Mass Effect, Ace Combat, Final Fantasy VII
I enjoy many different fandoms and I hope to have a story or two in most of them someday. I got lots of ideas floating around that have to be refined into good stories when I get the chance. I also have some different crossovers planned but I'll have to wrap up some projects first. That's all folks!
When you have eliminated the impossible, what ever remains however improbable must be the truth. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
A creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others. Ayn Rand
I got this quote below from Jennaya's profile and thought it was pretty interesting. So I'm using it too. It holds meaning for me as I've had a lot of stuff happen to me.
Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the most massive characters are seared with scars. Kahlil Gibran
Ninety-five percent of the kids out there are concerned with being popular and fitting in.
