Author has written 5 stories for Merlin, Young Justice, Avengers, and Voltron: Legendary Defender.
It's been a long time since I've updated my previous stories. My writing style has changed drastically, and it's rather painful for me to go back and reread my works. I'm moving on to different things now, but I may revisit them in the future. I decided to delete most of my old stories because I honestly a little embarrassed about them now. Four years is a very long time. I was proud of them then, and I thank everyone who read, reviewed, and enjoyed those stories. I have left the three most popular ones up (along with a story I may continue), as many people have enjoyed those, and I felt it was unfair to delete them. I did save my other works, and may eventually rewrite and repost them. It's something I've been debating for a long time, whether on not I wanted to delete my old stories.
Currently, I have a few stories in mind. I have posted the first chapter of Finding Home. I have a few more chapters written, but I won't post them right away. I wanted to get a good start on it before I posted it, so that it has a better chance of being completed. Others are just ideas I'm toying with but may never write. I still love BBC Merlin, but I doubt I'm going to write anything for it anytime soon, if ever again. My interests skip around drastically, and often I don't stay invested in a book or movie or whatever else long enough to actually write something about it. Fanfiction, for me, is more of a way to take a break from writing my original works, while still getting myself to write. (I've been working on the same book for five years, and I'm starting to go a little crazy because of it. I must have rewritten it, or at least tried to, at least ten times.) Finding Home is a vastly different structural style than I'm used to, and it's been refreshing. I love doing character writing, but plot tends to freak me out for some reason. Which doesn't make sense to me, but oh well. Oddly, my biggest struggle is coming up with a conflict for a story. It's weird.
So, yeah. I don't know when I'll finish Finding Home, or if I will post another story after it. I'm not as into writing fanfiction as I used to be, but I will post a story now and then most likely. I think, from now on, if I do, it'll be either complete stories, or once I have a significant chunk of a story that could potentially be a complete story in itself. I don't like leaving stories unfinished, if I can help it.
