Writer profile : I only write SW fanfiction. You might have known me as Skyjade or SJ before. Up until 2005, I wrote more than 80 L/M or L/V stories. Then, Darth Real Life captured me... In 2012, I returned and began a new story, but nowadays, DRL has fought back as well and keeps the muses away... But I promise to a) finish An Unfortunate Blessing, and b) never again start posting a new work without finishing a rough copy of it.

I am a huge Classics L/V devotee, and a L/M fan. That means that my main sources of information regarding my favorite characters are the Classics movie trilogy, the formerly official Extended Universe (so-called legends) from Shadows of the Empire until the end of the Jedi Academy trilogy, and the movie prequels for their backstories. I'm also a stickler to the spiritual/mystical approach to the Force instead of that midichlorian crap.

Other than that, it's only like another fanfic version to me. The only other exception, which only applies to my L/M series, is the Tales of the Jedi series in regards to Luke's and Mara's previous incarnations ;P)

That being said, between the growing rarity of new fanfic stories that also fit into my interest so as to keep my hunger sated, and Disney's spurning of all the hard-earned money and time that I spent on my then passion for a GFFA (by demoting the EU cannon that I encouraged and, in a way, sponsored even when it wasn't up to par after the first smash hits of the early revival strategy), the stage was set for me to find a new source of material that would feed my cravings for daily creativity... And that's when I began browsing the realms of DC-related fanfiction and their various official sources of media.

I already knew that I loved the cartoons of the DCAu, but it was my hunger for more Damian Wayne stories that led me to venture into this other category of fics - and to become enthralled by this whole other world of heroes. Unlike SW, it is a very active fandom, too, so that my newfound passion burns bright and is even stoked hotter with new stories all the time :)

Hmmm, anyway, that's where I am nowadays, in case you're wondering... I still check on my muses in hopes of finishing Blessing as well, but they miss all the rendez-vous so far.
