I pray I am.

I'm truly sorry to have been away. Circumstances of my work and personal life left me with little choice - I could not forgive myself if I allowed them to taint what I had started.

I'll be back properly, I promise. I have every intention of finishing Gunmetal, Small Soldiers and the other projects I first started.

I only hope I do not disappoint again.

Gunmetal Character Audition (as of 13 June 2008)

With the direction Gunmetal is heading - even beyond Roxas' coming mission - there are many people that the main cast will interact with. Here is where I invite you to participate, to give these characters a personality they would otherwise lack.

I am in need of several different types of people: civilians, bandits, rogues, even Guardians and agents. The roles vary - some will be minor characters with some lines - and occasional returns in later chapters, but others will be secondary characters that would be around for several chapters at once.

To submit a character, please do the listed following:

If you are a deviant in dA,

1) have the character sheet submitted as a deviation (it can be under Scraps; I don't mind),

2) send me the link as a comment to this journal entry, and

3) include in your comment the name you'd like me to refer you as in the disclaimer. It can be your username, your nickname or even your real name; it's all up to you.

If you're not a deviant,

1) send me the character sheet as an email (my account's listed in my devious info),

2) title it as "GMCA" (caps are optional)

3) include under "Side Note" the name you'd like me to refer you as in the disclaimer. It can be your username, your nickname or even your real name; it's all up to you.

Additional Elaboration

Personality: If possible, please give me as much as you can regarding how your character behaves, how your character interacts with others, and how your character sees the world around them.

FURTHER aka. scenario questions: You can either answer them directly, or write them out in story-mode; whichever way is more comfortable for you.

SIDE NOTES: Are there any notable features about your character's appearance? Basically, things that are easily noticeable, even as a complete stranger. (Include here the name you'd like me to refer you as in the disclaimer, when I use your character for any chapters of GM.)

P.S. If you'd like to draw your character, by all means go ahead! Just be sure to include information for the listed points.

The reason I need these in place is to make things easier - my Gmail account is usually quite packed with new messages, and while I do Star/bookmark individual emails, it would be hard for me to leaf through every single one to find yours unless it were uniquely named. The more easily I can find your character, the higher the chance I will have them in Gunmetal.
