Author has written 2 stories for Hunger Games, and Harry Potter.
My name is Lucinda! I'm a life sciences student (ie. studying to become an oncologist) in university, but I'm doing a second major in English and a minor in History. I have been a member of this site since 2011.
For the story REPARO, if you choose to read it (I love you), however these are the illnesses which correspond to each character for clarification:
Harry Potter: DIPG, a brain tumour.
Hermione Granger: Depression
Ron Weasley: Bipolar Disorder
Luna Lovegood: Schizophrenia
Neville Longbottom: Anxiety
Draco Malfoy: Anorexia
Professor Snape: PTSD
Rubeus Hagrid: Autism
Signature Helms: Osteosarcoma
Again, I AM NOT A DOCTOR. Anything I include in the stories is not 100% factual, and is ALTERED BY THE FACT THAT THE WORLD THE ILLNESSES ARE BEING FEATURED IN IS FICTIONAL AND MAGICAL. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT.
Anyway, thank you. Hope your day today was excellent, and all your future days are the same.
Also, @a guest who asked, HARRY'S PARENTS BOTH HAD DIPG. THIS SPECIFIC TUMOUR IS DUBBED "VOLDEMORT" IN THE WIZARDING WORLD AS WELL AS IN HARRY'S HEAD BECAUSE IT MEANS FLIGHT OF DEATH, AND THE TUMOUR EVADES ALL FORMS OF TREATMENT. THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS SURVIVED FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS UPON DIAGNOSIS (THE USUAL TIME BETWEEN DIAGNOSIS AND DEATH FOR A FICTITIOUS DIPG PATIENT) IS HARRY. HIS PARENTS DID NOT DIE BY TOUCHING HIM. THEY BOTH HAD THE DISEASE, AND DISCOVERED IT'S EXISTENCE APPROX. A DAY BEFORE THEY DIED. HARRY FEELS THE EFFECTS OF THE DIPG MORE THAN ANY OTHER WIZARD/WITCH FOR A REASON WHICH WILL BE REVEALED LATER ON. THANKS.
