“Don’t watch what the character says, watch what he does.”
Hi there! I’m Blue and have gone by it for a few years now.
A little about me! I write as often as I can manage around full time work and full time school for my bachelor’s degree. I love listening to music and watching TV or movies when I can manage. I spend my mornings praying, since I do believe in Jesus. That said, I’m not perfect. Please know I’m not a basher and will not shove my beliefs down anyone’s throat. Those types of people drive me crazy. Who is it our place to judge? We’re only called to love.
There’s not much to tell about me. I just really love to tell stories. I always try to make it my goal to make things fresh (so there’s always a level of AU to my tales); surprise people; make them laugh; and attempt to be different. I am extremely fond of character development, so I’m constantly spending time making believable people who grow during my stories. If you have emotions over a character’s behavior, then I’m accomplishing my goal!
When it comes to reviews, I love them. I thrive off them. They keep me going. They encourage me. While in some of my author’s notes I sound mechanically, that’s not really me. It’s all part of the story. Also, I do my best to respond to reviews. If you can take the time to leave it, I can reply.
Are you looking for reviews? A place to call home where you can fit in? Maybe you’re looking to meet new pals and chat it up?
Check in at Benaiah’s Inn!!! There you’ll find everything you’ve been dreaming of and more!
Please note: I am a real person. Time is a precious commodity for me as I work towards my degree, and make money to support myself. If I don’t update for a while, feel free to send me a PM and ask. Normally, I’m tied up in school work. Thank you in advance for understanding. You’re amazing!
Lastly, please make yourself comfortable. Settle in. Grab a beverage of your choice. Find something to snack on (Puff Cheetos are always good!).
And, of course, enjoy!
If, however, you want to write a character from the ground up, a character who is as real as any person living, yet wholly your own creation, then there are three aspects you need to know in depth: the physical, sociological and psychological.
There's a playlist on Spotify which holds the songs chosen as chapter names in Hunger. It also plays host to a few songs that inspired. (For that full list see playlist titled: This) If you search starkwolf, you'll find the music under Hunger.
I can be found at foxixcub (dot) deviantart (dot) com. I have a few pictures from my stories there if you want to take a look.
