Author has written 13 stories for Norse Mythology, Once Upon a Time, Sherlock Holmes, Sisters Grimm, Eragon, Inkheart, Lord of the Rings, National Treasure, and Egyptian Mythology.

Currently, my name is RumpelstiltskinDearie (though you can call me otherwise, if you wish; Lorna, Jax, Reed, and Gwin are some 'normal' names I like to go by), though I'm very picky about my names, so I normally tend to change them. A lot. If I have the power to. I'll try to refrain from doing so TOO often.
The reason for my current name is because Rumpelstiltskin is my favorite character from the ABC television show, "Once Upon A Time". And 'dearie' is a pet name he calls pretty much everybody.

"So long as we are loved by others I should say that we are almost indispensable; and no man is useless while he has a friend."--Robert Louis Stevenson

Everybody reading this, please keep that quote by Robert Louis Stevenson in mind. Remember it when you're feeling down. It helps, it really does.

(this is a cover for my main story, "The Druid's Secret". I love it! )

-X-X-X- writing. I prefer to write dramatic sorts of stories, with a hint of humor in them, and sometimes a bit of tragedy. I also love to write friend and/or family relationships between the more gruff characters; I've always enjoyed delving deeper into the dark characters to see their inner light, which is why a lot of my favorite characters are, in fact, considered 'villains'. DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THEM. I'll be talking till the cows come home. ;)
I mostly write "Once Upon A Time" fanfictions, as well as "National Treasure", "Lord of the Rings", and "Inkheart". I might do a bit of "Eragon" or "Van Helsing" in the near future. Of course, that's not my limits. I love a lot of movies and books.
In my stories you can count on seeing a lot of drama with some mild humor, for sure. I don't do much romance, and if I do, it's usually just VERY mild stuff between married couples.
I also do not do slash. I find it disturbing, and it makes me squirm, especially if it's between two very interesting characters that I enjoyed watching in the movie. So if you're looking for slash, you're in the wrong place.

So, here are the stories I have up currently:

Insanity Among The Gods (mythology) - A story where three gods from three mythologies (Norse, Egyptian, and Greek) are locked into a form-changing room by an evil author. Humor/Parody. The true rating is K currently, though I have it as T.

There's Always A Price (Once Upon A Time) - A brother and sister who're on the run from mysterious men take refuge in Storybrooke. Mr. Gold and the other residents of Storybrooke soon find out just why Ronan and Ashlin (the siblings) were able to enter their town--they're also fairy tale characters. The true rating at the moment is K, but it will probably turn into a T as the story progresses. Drama/Friendship

Have You Forgotten That Magic Comes With A Price? (Once Upon A Time) - Mr. Gold is reunited with Baelfire, only to have him torn away again. Rated T, in truth. I don't know why it says K... Drama/Family.

Who I Am Hates Who I've Been (Once Upon A Time) - A Rumpelstiltskin/Belle songfic. Based off the song "Who I Am Hates Who I've Been" by Relient K. Rated K, because there's literally nothing in it. Hurt/Comfort/Romance.

We Are Not Twins! (Eragon/Once Upon A Time crossover) - Rumpelstiltskin and Durza (who are both played by Robert Carlyle) find themselves stuck in the same room. Each person that comes in thinks they're twins. Rated K. Humor/Parody.

Once Upon A Stormy Night (Once Upon A Time/Sisters Grimm crossover) - The characters of Storybrooke (or most of them anyway) are dumped into Ferryport Landing by a magical vortex, and have to find their way back... hard to do, since everyone in Ferryport thinks that they're fairy tale characters too. Rated K. Adventure/Humor.

A Shadowy Game (Sherlock Holmes: A Game Of Shadows) - This is my take on how Sherlock Holmes survived that fall off the building. Rated K. Friendship/Mystery.

Whispers of the Past (Once Upon A Time) - Mr. Gold has four children. Three are triplets, and the other is only a toddler. When the toddler is kidnapped, Eira, Arien, and Sovann (the triplets) decide to help find him...despite what Belle and Gold say. Rated K. Family/Mystery.

Setting Fire To The Rain (Inkheart) - Dustfinger gives up his powers to save that which he loves most in the world. Rated K. Friendship/Drama.

The Alien Invasion of Middle-Earth (Lord of the Rings) - Aliens invade Middle Earth, and apparently Frodo is a 'fool of a Baggins'. Rated K. Humor/Parody.

Boromir's Story (Lord of the Rings) - The "Lord of the Rings" movies in Boromir's POV. Different things happen than in the movie, so I'm not copying it exactly. Rated T. Drama/Fantasy.

The Druid's Secret (National Treasure) - Werewolves aren't real, are they? Well, Ian Howe and Ben Gates are about to find out. Rated T. Drama/Supernatural.

Contact Info: You can PM me any time, seriously. Or you can find me as "Jason Jackson" on the NaNoWriMo YWP website. Or check out my blog, . I also have an email address you can find on that blog that you can email me at.

Name: My initials are T.R.A. A friend joked that it stands for Tristen Risten Awesome. I wish it did, but it don't. You can call me Rumpel, Rumpelstiltskin, Dearie...whatever floats your boat, dearie. ;)

Nom de Plume (penname):
Gwin R. Gold. The story behind that is: in a short film I'm making with my friends, my name is Gwin O'Connell. Named after 'Gwin' from the Inkheart books/movie. I changed the last name to Gold because 1) it's an epic name, and 2) Gwin Gold just sounds awesome, and of course 3) it's the last name of one of my favorite TV show characters. It's a win-win situation. YOU guess what the R. stands for. XD

Age: Immortal! Okay, no. I'm 14.

I'm a girl. Yep.

Favorite TV show:
"Once Upon A Time" FOR THE WIN!

Favorite Movie: Too many to count. "Lord of the Rings", "Indiana Jones", "National Treasure", "Eragon", "Hidalgo"...

Favorite Music/Songs: Anything and everything. But the best YouTube video EVER is "Deal"; an original song written by TheOneOffAccount for the Rumbelle relationship from "Once Upon A Time". XD

My Favorite TV Show Character:
Do I even have to say it? Fine, I will--RUMPELSTILTSKIN! Also known as Mr. Gold. ;)

My Favorite Actor:
I have a lot...Viggo Mortensen, Sean Bean, Orlando Bloom, Robert Carlyle, Harrison Ford, Owen Wilson, Jake Abel, John Rhys-Davies, Billy Boyd...

My Favorite Color(s): Green, brown, blue, gold, and gray.

Quirks Of Mine

I tend to speak in accents--usually after watching a movie or show where the characters use accents. ((Example: I've been watching a ton of Once Upon A Time lately; consequently, I've picked up Mr. Gold's Scottish accent.))

I like to drink the liquid out of pickle jars/green olive jars. >_>

I'm not a huge fan of video games unless they're multiplayer and based off of movies.

I believe in Fairies.

I believe in Unicorns.

I believe in Magic.

I believe in True Love.

After watching a movie that I really like, I memorize the names of the actors who were in the movie.

Because of that, there is almost no movie I have ever seen in which I don't recognize somebody's name--the director, one of the actors, the person who creates the soundtrack, the writers...

I can get hyper at times, which basically means me running around yelling completely random things (usually movie quotes).

I stare at little kids in the grocery store, because they usually stare at me first.

When I was younger (like...ten), I got my hair cut short. Like, boy short. And my hair is naturally curly, frizzy, and messy. And before I got braces, I used to have really crooked teeth. So at Halloween, I never needed to dress up; I could always just dress up as a werewolf. Messy hair, crooked teeth with unnaturally pointy canines...I was all set.

Currently, I'm working on several fanfictions. Only four are up for reading currently, and only one is finished. I'm working on two "National Treasure" fanfictions; two or three "Lord of the Rings" fanfictions, a "Once Upon A Time" fanfiction, and a mythology fanfiction.

The only ones up for reading currently are "Have You Forgotten That Magic Comes With A Price?", which is a Rumpelstiltskin/Mr. Gold and Baelfire fanfiction. There is also "There's Always A Price" (the "Once Upon A Time" novel I'm working on), and "Insanity Among The Gods", which is the mythology fanfiction. Then there's "Who I Am Hates Who I've Been", which is a Rumpelstiltskin/Belle fanfic. I'd appreciate feedback!

NOTE: I have a moral compass, and would prefer it if nobody--yes, that means NOBODY--curses or otherwise says inappropriate things in reviews on my stories. Seriously. It'll either get me really angry, or make me leave the site, in which case I won't ever finish any of the stories I put up on here.
