I'm a bookworm who enjoys reading, not only so called "real books" (I go around always with one) but also fan-fiction (Harry Potter, LOTR, Starwars, X-Files, NCIS, you name it...) actually I am quite open minded and usually give a try to anything catching my fancy. Only recently have I tried my hand at writing a fiction (which has received no reviews, so I'm a much better reader than author ;-).

The only thing which gets on my nerves within Fan Fiction Net are opinionated asses. The people out there writing the stories are doing the thousands of "lurkers" (like myself) a great favor by posting, therefore I tend to find flames and uncaring reviews quite out of place. This is a big world so if you don't like something, wether it is the ship of the story, the characters, mpreg, slash, whatever... just don't read it. An even more important, do not try to post your uninteresting and mostly bigoted opinion for others to read. The writer has done an effort to post the story, it may be a good one or it may be a bad one, it may have spelling errors or it may be greatly written but just think about the time and effort invested in each one and be respectful. No one is forcing anyone else to read a story, if you like it review it, let the author know, that's the only thing they get from writing here, if you don't like it just go quietly to the next one.
