This is my favorite review ever. Please remind me that this is how to write a character whenever I get out of hand.

Well hmm.
See, it's not so much her character that's the problem, it's the way you/her tells it. Sarcasm (unless the story is first-person) should NEVER EVER BE USED. And if you're really serious about the character, go into detail. Maybe she'll blind someone in the locker room and we'll be able to see what she looks like. So far I only know she's around 12 and wears rainbow nail polish. And don't make her be, like, the BFF of all the main characters, but don't make up a series of OCs to be her friends instead. OCs open up a whole new can of worms, and that's why I don't like to go into them.
In short, don't make her an overdog OR an underdog, keep her personality in check, make sure she's got a realistic role in the fandom, and you should be good!

For me, crazy is a loose term. Crazy is when you stare at a pencil and laugh when someone asks you what you are doing that is so interesting about the eraser. Crazy is when you have an hour-long sob fest, and then start singing and dancing when your favorite song comes on. Crazy is when you do or say a completely random thing, like "Do you ever wonder where the eraser bits go?" or having a thumb war with yourself. If you're crazy, copy this onto your profile.

I understand that Scissors can beat Paper, and I get how Rock can beat Scissors, but there's no way Paper can beat Rock. Is Paper supposed to magically wrap around Rock leaving it immobile? If so, why can't paper do this to scissors? Screw scissors, why can't paper do this to people? Why aren't sheets of college ruled notebook paper constantly suffocating students as they attempt to take notes in class? I'll tell you why, because paper can't beat anybody, a rock would tear that thing up in two seconds. When I play Rock, Paper, Scissors, I always choose rock. Then when somebody claims to have beaten me with their paper I can punch them in the face with my ready made fist and say, "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought paper would protect you, you *!"

Rock beats paper. Always. But since we live in a world where Paper may beat rock, use Cannonball; it makes a big hole in paper.

Ello! I'm weird, random, and probably insane, why do you care?

I know i'm weird. I reviewed my own book and tried to PM myself, didn't work out so well. I'm random, characters in a book i'm writing that i hope to get published have sour skittle wars with her best friend, and she and her bestfriend have candy debates after halloween. I know i'm insane, ask my brother and all my friends which are boys. I dance to a differant drummer, and sing (somewhat out off key :)) to a differant song. I have a minion, his name is Ralph, he is an elf, and he is taller than me with a mop of black hair (that looks really cute on him mind you!) and gorgeous green eyes, he is my current alternative love life (opposed to Leo Valdez!). Some people say they are big readers. That they're so into books it's not funny. However the only way to tell is if they 1) Suddenly gasp when something exciting happens in the book. (I don't do that, I drop the book (usually on the bed...) and start breathing funny and almost start screaming.) 2) Start talking to the book because that's not how they want the book to go. (No No no. I cry when there is a misunderstood character. Like in The westing game which I MUST read again...) 3) Hurl the book across the room when one of their favorite characters dies.
