Author has written 14 stories for Maximum Ride, Fairy Tail, Fullmetal Alchemist, Shingeki no Kyojin/進撃の巨人, and Naruto.
A girl who is healthily obsessed (read: spends far too much time) with fanfiction, anime, manga, books, and the like.
A procrastinator to the highest degree.
Giving Real Life a shot but it's not working out too well.
I've been on fanfiction for aat least three years or so, and I spend a heck of a lot of time on this site on a daily basis.
I consider myself an average author; I'm nowhere near where I'd like to be but not as bad as I could be.
I have ideas and I'm like "I totally want to write that!" and then I open a Word document and my brain just goes, "So you thought you could write?"
What I write:
Anything that pops into my head.
I do not write M-rated Fanfiction because I don't write lemons and I don't do that kind of angst and torture.
There will be cursing in my work because I don't censor myself and all characters curse.
Stories with an actual plot and character development are beyond my skill level at this point.
I tend not to give my stories a genre because I am hesitant to label them and don't enjoy sorting them into any category.
I update very sporadically. Expect updates after months.
Random Thoughts of the Moment:
Look here for excuses about why I didn't update, story changes, random things I'm doing, etc.
(12/05/2015) The last time I updated this was over a year ago; fanfiction is now a much smaller part of my life (although I still do keep up). When college applications are done, I'm going to work on my self-insert and maybe regularly update take a smile.
Quote: "Why must you insist on defining joy so narrowly? Where is the paradox in finding suffering and tragedy but other forms of pleasure? There is no one fixed type of joy. Your confusion derives from your failure to understand that." -Gilgamesh (Fate/Zero)
-take a smile: A sixty-four theme challenge issued by songstar13 and accepted by yours truly. My first fanfic in Naruto! Sakura-centric but no central pairing. Updated weekly (maybe). All sixty-four themes are listed at the bottom of my profile.
-The Ten Rules: My attempt at humor and my only Fairy Tail fic. Laxus is up! Jellal is next and the chapters after that will include Natsu, Happy, Cana, and Elfman (maybe in this order). I think I'll end this soonish because I'm done with Fairy Tail. It's a good anime, but not enough angst for me.
-Bittersweet: I was writing this because I believe that Olivier and Roy's relationship had so much potential that was never really explored in the manga because Olivier is a side character in addition to being introduced too late in the series. The series will be platonic for now, but there will be romance eventually. On hiatus of a sort.
-the Truth hurts: A oneshot about the Truth throughout eternity.
-Old Scars and Young Children: I was just daydreaming one day, and this happened. It's pure speculation. It also ignores Eren's regenerative ability. This has been translated into Chinese by the wonderful FantasticG! Click here for the translation.
-Cry For Me: A Winry-centric oneshot I wrote because I felt angsty and metaphorical. Also because I felt the need to write something about how the Elric Brothers kept leaving her (because that was not okay).
-Bound: A oneshot about Eren and Mikasa's relationship. Because this fandom has an overwhelmingly small amount of Eren and Mikasa (when compared to the amount of slash).
-Axis: Mikasa POV when her parents are killed and she is kidnapped. I was wondering why Mikasa just stood there when her mom told her to run, but the actual thing did not turn out like that.
-Death in Kind: Another oneshot on Eren and Mikasa's relationship.
-All My Life: Another ErenKasa. Not my best one.
-Bye Daddy: I re-watched Hughes' death and this was the result. Elicia at her father's grave.
-They Don't Know: I had a really weird dream one night. I was a bird-kid, and it was a lot less amazing than I thought it would be.
-Maximum Ride: the Off-Off Broadway Musical: I wrote this just for giggles after reading a similar Harry Potter fanfiction. Completely and totally abandoned. Blame Nevermore for this because it murdered my love for the fandom and series.
-Left Behind: A oneshot about Ella. I wrote this to answer my own questions. It will not be updated, but I appreciate that all of you readers liked it enough to ask for more.
I do my fact-checking on fandoms primarily on the wiki of said fandom. I'm far too lazy to go through an entire manga to check what Eren's favorite color is.
As for general facts, I try to look up everything I can because I love the little touches that research into background culture brings into the fanficiton. It makes the story so much better.
I do not own anything (books, manga/amine, etc.) nor any of the characters associated with them.
I don't own any songs used in Maximum Ride: The Off-Off Broadway Musical. This includes "Better than Revenge" by Taylor Swift, "Hot and Cold" by Katy Perry, and "Belong With Me" by Taylor Swift. All rights go to the respective artists, recording studios, companies, whatever. Bottom line is that they aren't mine.
Maximum Ride: the Off-Off Broadway Musical was inspired by a Harry Potter fanfiction that I once read. The characters randomly burst into Disney songs and it was quite wonderful. Unfortunately, I don't remember the title of the story or the author, but the main point is that I do not own this idea.
I do not own any of the pictures that I use for my profile picture and the cover art for my stories. Sources linked below.
Profile picture is of Oz's original form from Pandora Hearts. Once again, I do not own, Jun Mochizuki does.

All unique story and plot ideas are mine. If you are deliberately basing a story or plot or something off of my work, please inform me first.
All OCs (this only includes Ada right now) are mine and should not be borrowed without express permission!
What I read:
I love angst and character torture/darkness (it's no fun if the characters don't suffer). Contemplative fics are wonderful (never forget to look underneath the underneath).
I adore strong female characters. Maybe it's just me, but I'm tired of seeing so many women with overly-large breasts and far too little clothing who wait for someone to save them.
I enjoy a bit of suspense and things-implied-but-not-said. Humor is wonderful in the right doses, and sarcasm is even better. Formatting is always a plus.
Plot is actually less important to me that how the story is told. You can use the most cliched plot in the world but if you spin it into a wonderful story, you are golden in my book.
I enjoy Wonderland parodies (especially sadistic ones) a great deal. They satisfy my thirst for nonsense and suffering in one go. I think that Masquerade by ohgoditsbriony is one of the best I've read (although it is unfinished).
Genderbends, AU or general what-if stories make me happy. I love speculation.
Left Behind, They Don't Know, The Maximum Musical, Bittersweet, and the Truth hurts were all betaed by Lady Violet Fire before she retired from fanfiction. All of my other fics are unbeated (you can probably tell).
I'm also betaing "An Ocean of Dreams" by DappledKarma, starting on chapter two. It's a series of oneshots about Mikasa Ackerman (from Shingeki no Kyoujin) and her dreams. ErenKasa! You should check it out.
Translations/Archiving/Other Stuff of this Nature
I realize that this section is a bit presumptuous on my part, but I want to make sure this is clear.
Translations: Please PM me before you do translate my work. I will most likely say yes, but it's polite and I want to know where my work is being posted.
FantasticG translated Old Scars and Young Children into Chinese! Thanks so much for doing this!
Archiving: Again, please PM me before doing this. I'd like to know where my work is going.
Other Stuff: If it involves my work, just ask me first.
I follow equivalent exchange in this regard. You review/alert/favorite my stuff, I will return the favor by reading and reviewing your work. If you have written in English in a fandom that I know of. Okay, maybe I don't do this all of the time, but I try.
Also, I always think that constructive criticism is better than saying that a mediocre story is great. The review feature is there so we can make each other better writers, right?
That is why I don't censor my reviews and I really would appreciate it if others did the same for me.
I don't beg for reiviews (anymore) because I don't always review everything I read. I figure that a favorite/follow (or lack of) should say enough about whether I liked or disliked something.
Thanks to every single person who takes the time to review, alert, etc! You guys make my day.
Sixty-Four Theme Challenge:
These are the themes I'll be using for Take a Smile, my Naruto fanfic. Bolded themes have been written.

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy my writing!
