Author has written 3 stories for Harry Potter, and Digimon.

Hi everyone! :) I'm writing.with.the.wind. I've been writing for a long time, but only just decided to start showing my stories to the public. I love constructive criticism, and I'd really love to hear your opinions on my writing.

A couple quick facts about me:

I'm female.

I love music. It's my passion in life, and I couldn't live without it.

I've been writing since about 4th grade.

I lose inspiration quickly, but it will probably come back to me if I have a reason to keep writing. This will sometimes mean that updates are few and far-between, but that doesn't mean that I've stopped writing! They will sometimes just take awhile.

There are certain pairings that I absolutely love, and I will probably always be writing with those pairings.

I'm going to be writing from a variety of categories. I don't really have a specified kind of fiction I like, so when I read a good book I'm bound to want to start a fanfiction about it. I'm a pretty busy person, so if you don't see any activity from me for awhile, don't get too worried. I'll probably start up again when everything blows over. I really like one-shots, so I'm going to have a lot of those up. I'll also have multi-chapter fics, but those will probably take awhile to update. Right now, I'm really into writing Digimon fanfiction, so most of my stories will be based in that universe. I like it because it's so open that there are endless possibilities and directions to go in, depending on which storyline/season your story is based around.

So I haven't actually been on here in about three years. I took a break from writing real stories to work on my actual writing itself but I have a few ideas that I'm looking to start up. All five of these new ideas are Digimon fanfiction, all of them concerning a new group of heroes in charge of saving the world. All but one are AU (to differing extents) and use all OC characters but no OC digimon, and I will be starting and updating all five of these stories around the same time, so if I experience a bout of writer's block for one story, I can just write for a different one instead. Hope you enjoy them!

Multi-Chap Stories (In Progress)

1. Digital Revenant

  • Part 1: Gods Among Men - The land has slumbered in a lasting piece for centuries after the previous heroes of lore defeated Lucemon, but at long last, discontent grows. Rebellion is stirring in all regions of the digital world, and someone must quell the chaos before it takes over. A voice calls out to eight individuals from Earth, leading them to the adventure of their lives.

The source of the rebellion is the Metal Empire, who have been oppressed for very long as a mutant species and a product of human waste. The other wild digimon believed that they were too smart, and forced them to live isolated and ashamed. Now, the Metal Empire vows revenge in the form of world domination. The Celestials race against the clock to assemble a new set of humans to wield the spirits and become the new Legendary Warriors. But little do they know, the Metal Empire is right on their heels.

  • Setting: Frontierverse, 500 years in the future (The Legendary Spirits are not exactly the same as their canon counterparts in order to make this story work)
  • Status: In Progress
  • 2. Digimon Abscission

  • Part 1: Solar Eclipse - It’s the time of the year everyone's been waiting for. The annual Digi-Battle Tournament has arrived, and the tournament has quickly narrowed down to it’s crucial stage – finals. As always, the championship comes down to Light Fang and Night Crow. Their tamers and their teams will duke it out to see who shall win the coveted title.

But little do they know, the stakes are a lot higher this time around. The Chaos Core has taken over the championship, and this time, the two teams will be fighting it out for their survival. The Chaos Core detaches the arena from the rest of the mortal world, and the teams each have two months of training and knockout battles before facing each other in the final round – and whichever team loses is sucked into the core of the chaos machine.

  • Setting: The Digimon Dusk/Dawn Universe, using the characters, locations, and time periods from these games but with a completely new storyline.
  • Status: In Progress
  • 3. Digimon Insurgence

  • Part 1: Those Who Live Forever - The year is 4092. The digital and human worlds have become one. All digimon become partners of a human at birth, and all humans have a digital partner. Except for a chosen few…

Isolated and alone, these few are often taunted by the other people in their civilization for being different. Their parents are concerned for their health, the government is concerned for the threat they hold to the system, and the rest of the world is concerned that they aren't supposed to exist. Yet, their purpose may be greater than they, and everyone else, believe.

  • Setting: Completely noncanon AU; 4092

  • Status: Planning
  • 4. Juggernaut

  • Part 1: Guilty: - Biomerges occur rarely, but when they do, DATS is there to sweep up the mess they cause. Humans stay blissfully ignorant of the potential threats to their safety, and DATS operates quietly under the radar, funded by the Japanese government. All agents stay within a select few families, as the baton is handed from mother to son, father to daughter. The idea of predestined Chosen Children to have digimon partners is outdated, until…

Lately, the rate of biomerges have increased exponentially. DATS is overwhelmed, unable to cope with the influx of digimon. They begin sending out trainees on their own to clean up messes, usually creating a bigger mess in the process. Soon, digimon isn’t so under the radar anymore.

Unbeknownst to them, someone is stirring up trouble. The Seven Great Demon Lords have returned to power in the digital world and are looking to create problems in the human world. They latch onto seven humans, infecting them with their crest in the form of a choker and attempting to manipulate them to get ahold of the human world. They turn them into powerful tamers with unprecedented powers, but whether or not these seven hosts will be so easily manipulated is a different question…

  • Setting: A fusion of the Tamers universe and the Savers universe, while also being completely AU; time period-wise, it's as if the events of Tamers/Savers never happened
  • Status: In Progress
  • 5. Digimon Ascendance

  • Part 1: Streaks of Gold - Deep inside the digital world, trains a secret association of human tamer legionnaires and their partners. They are at all different levels with all different skill sets, different specialties and different weaknesses. But one fact remains – they are the digital world’s best and brightest. They are being trained by the Royal Knights themselves to protect the digital world against any impending danger. And now, the danger comes, in the form of the Dark Army. Synthesized in the Underworld under the watchful eye of the the Death Generals, they have come to unleash their wrath upon the real world. And who could stop them but an array of Chosen Children, distinguished from the rest by a strange marking on their body. The mark of a Warrior.
  • Setting: Adventure universe, a thousand or so years in the future
  • Status: Planned, not yet written
  • Some of these stories will be darker than others, but generally they will all start out fairly lighter in the beginning and get darker as the story goes on. I promise they are not all horrible, so if you get a chance please read them and tell me what you think! Reviews, favorites, even just views are all really helpful, and PM me with any questions you may have! Thanks guys!

Light Unknown to Good by Hallowed Dawn reviews
It has been many years since the Digital and Real Worlds first came together. Everyone has a Digimon partner from birth. Those that don't obviously never deserved one, since only the truly irredeemable wouldn't be selected to have a partner. But sometimes, it's not only the evil of the world that needs to be raised without that which is undeniably good. (AU, based on 02 epilogue.)
