Author has written 2 stories for Doctor Who.
Hello there! My name is Jessica, and I've been reading fanfiction for a while now, mostly Doctor Who, and decided I'd try one for my own! Wish me luck!
I only ship canon pairings, so sorry to all you Amy/11 lovers out there. I have read some of those but I don't think my brain could create a good story with River out of the picture (she's my favorite). I am a sucker for hopeless love stories, which is probably why I have been praying for a DW spin-off with Rose and Metacrisis Doctor... I have a fetish for babyfic, so I might end up writing one of those too... we shall see.
Other fandoms I might explore: Harry Potter, Once Upon a Time, Being Human, Battlestar Galactica... who knows.
I started writing to get feelings out of my brain and onto the page, filling notebooks with random sentences and paragraphs, but now I hope to turn my writing into something I can share with others. I figure this is a good place to start, so bear with me as I figure things out. I love to read fanfiction, so feel free to send some recommendations my way!
"The universe is big. It's vast and complicated, and ridiculous. And sometimes, very rarely, impossible things happen and we call them miracles." -Doctor Who
"I am and always will be the optimist. The hoper of far flung hopes and the dreamer of improbable dreams." -Doctor Who
"Behind him, across vast distances of space and time, from the place he had left, he thought he heard music too. But perhaps it was only an echo." -The Giver
“When adults say, "Teenagers think they are invincible" with that sly, stupid smile on their faces, they don't know how right they are. We need never be hopeless, because we can never be irreparably broken. We think that we are invincible because we are. We cannot be born, and we cannot die. Like all energy, we can only change shapes and sizes and manifestations. They forget that when they get old. They get scared of losing and failing. But that part of us greater than the sum of our parts cannot begin and cannot end, and so it cannot fail.” -Looking for Alaska
"It is saying these things that keeps us from falling apart. And maybe by imagining these futures we can make them real, and maybe not, but either way we must imagine them." -Paper Towns
