Shows: Gravity Falls, Avatar the Last Airbender, Legend of Korra, Hey Arnold, Amphibia.

Games: Mario series, Zelda Series, Kingdom Hearts Series, Splatoon, Bravely Default, Xenoblade Chronicles.

10 Yeas of Fanfiction, Kind of

During my early years of college, I came across 'Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie' fanfictions from this site and through there I've come across countless other fanfiction, and a few writers too.

And as of February of this year it became the 10th anniversary of my first fanfiction 'The Cross-Over Crystals' (formally 'Peter, Sonic, and Link: The Cross-over Crystals) Ever since then I've written other stories involving Steven Universe, Star vs. The Forces of Evil, and the one and only Gravity Falls.

But sadly, I haven't been writing that much, and it's not writer block. Last thing I updated was 'Miles and Stella' back in December. Last new story was 'Bobobo vs. Steven's Psyche' over a year ago. And 'Until Next Summer' my most popular story (mostly because of Gravity Fall's finale) haven't been updated in nearly 3 years! So what happened? Am I a full-time married man with a wife and kids? No. (Though I did become an uncle a few years ago), It just happened.

Though I still want to change my life around, like buying a house or think about my future. I also have other things to do during my free time like doing yardwork for wildlife or finish games I haven't completed yet. I also gotten a nightshift job a few months ago and after that I just either want to watch some youtube or fall asleep. Also what really nails it are my novel-like stories such as 'Until Next Summer' and my own Hey Arnold TJM story.

Yeah, making UNS with an overarching story was a terrible idea. Especially that last I check I'm over 80 chapters and I haven't even reached Halloween yet. Should have strictly just made one-shots and leave only small sagas for the Stans. Jungle Movie not only have the 'true' movie popping out a few years later, but it was also a spin-off to my first story, 'The Cross-Over Crystals' speaking of... During the second half of the Smash Bros. x CC fanfic, I just go bored writing each chapter taking place in a different world with nothing but fighting. Heck, I think I was only a few chapters away before the heroes reached the final level. I had other things planned like for the third installment be about 4kids invading other worlds.

See how old that is? Funimation is now more hated than 4kids, Funimation! Heck, has 4Kids ever caused that much trouble? Has it!? So yeah, I just stopped writing.

However. I may have stopped my ongoing stories, but I just gotten a huge bit of inspiration that makes me want to write something. You want to know what that is? Amphibia The show just had it's finale and ... I wished it had a strong fanbase as Gravity Falls did. Maybe even stronger! Yes, you read that! Go ahead and fight me ... over children cartoons.

Another factor is that I'm not that much of a dork about this. I've watched a few shows on Netflix that was pretty good, but overall stopped when Netflix posted that ... let's not say it. Hilda was great, Kipo was great, The Dragon Prince was great too, but I'm not going to watch it if it means supporting that! Disney may not have anything flat out like that, but that doesn't mean they're sinless.

And maybe more things may come to light. But I want to write fanfiction for Amphibia, I also want to write some for 'Little Nightmares' too! I already have a few ideas. But besides time vs. sleep. There's also one thing I just want to say. I am not going down the 'Until Next Summer' route. At the very least, I may do something that I should have down with UNS, a collection of one-shots and that's it.

No 'Who's the Author' kind of thing, no finding other mysteries that go on and on, and no (...saying anymore would spoil Amphibia) So when I get time, I want to write. And if you enjoyed Gravity Falls or any cartoons but haven't watched Amphibia, do so as soon as possible. Avoid all spoilers, because that ending ... just that ending is so much better than how Gravity Falls ended. See you whenever.
