Hi everybody! So I don't need a ton of fans to contact me but what's with exploding numbers lately? Is this the tipping point I've been praying for? I'd
love to find out! What a strange universe the internet has become since the device world took it over and keyboard usage fizzled. Let me know.
Thank you and God Bless!

And, YEP! We're finally on iTunes! Just type in "The Pit of Ultimate Dark Shadows" in the upper right search box!
AND... just upgraded podcast account. For the sake of finding vocal fans who want to chat with this lonesome author, I am now currently and officially losing serious $$$ on this thankless task. :(
And when it comes to Vampires... nope, Louis de Pointe du Lac wasn't the first reluctant vampire...
Salutations! So here's my crack at a profile and my One story to tell:
Dete Wor was the sister psuedo-nym to Daryl Wor. I chose Dete for another fan-fiction I began during the Sailor Moon craze. And as you can see, I've changed it back. Yep, it's me, in this one for the long haul. :S As Daryl Wor I've done over 15 solo projects for
"The Pit of Ultimate Dark Shadows" is a fan-fiction based on the 1960's daytime drama. I began it months before the 2012 movie was released, having mapped it out even earlier, which I mention to derail the idea that the the film's plot-line encouraged where the story was going to go, which it didn't. It cross-blends a variety of things, encompassing it's own genre of spookiness, and a few others besides. Also similarly, it's written in a more or less radio-script format. The former is good to work with because the 1960's seems to have a plethora of shows with that supernatural edge to choose from, now made classic by long-time fans and the passing of time. I'd also always wanted to put together an overlapping story with familiar spooky characters of this type, and after diving into Dark Shadows, I realised the perfect platform/base had been found.
In the radio format, the show is hosted by a pair, familiar to many Kids In The Hall fans: Sir Simon Milligan, and Manservant Hecubus. They explain what's happening in the story, as well as being slightly part of it by engaging in production flaws and occasionally interacting with its characters. It begins at at time when Willie Loomis (Barnabas Collins' right-hand man) has been shipped off to Wyndcliff Sanitarium and new help applies to The Old House, none other than butler Wadsworth from the movie "Clue". :) Since that particular character was played by Tim Curry, Wadsworth shares one other character in common with him. (By episode 14 Willie does return! He also cameos in episode 3, and has scenes in episodes 8 & 13)
This author has come to the deep understanding, that this story was never really meant for any majority of Dark Shadows fans. This story is for the fans of all the other spooky shows that tried Dark Shadows but gave up in the despair of it ever having any resolution. So how fitting is it that the spooky programs we take comfort in turn can turn about and soothe the many injuries of Collinsport?
For all of the fans who feel cast-out from the Dark Shadows world? This one is all for you.
Though we may enjoy our time yelling at the screen, sometimes the answers to all that pretense come in shuddering glimpses of clarity. If you've ever wanted to see Dark Shadows problems resolved as they go, well, I'm going to try my best to get there.
However, guest reviews are allowed on this site and MOST welcome. I have been working very hard on this story since 2011, as well as note taking since about 2009. So it's been very difficult to get all the details as accurate as I can, and not just for Dark Shadows but for everything else I've been putting into the mixture. (League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, anyone?) Kids In The Hall skits, Clue, Bewitched, The Addams Family, The Munsters, Freddy Krueger, Psycho, Twin Peaks, The Ghost & Mrs. Muir, even reincarnation research and the list goes on...
Keep those decanters at the ready, and the coffee on the perk! ;)
And I just want to shout out somewhere: "BETTER SURF" SUCKS! If you ever want to know how to get rid of those insidious advertisements, contact me! I've had it with those stupid buzzards! They make pop-up ads happen with NO browser even open and infiltrate your computer! Peace :)
Also you want to find Addams Family stories you have to go the Movies, not TV Shows. And with Clue you have to go to the Games category.
And for those of you wondering how to review:
Mind you... the only flaws I'm looking for is continuity to Dark Shadows original content. Otherwise it's laughter, enjoyment and as I say in my podcast, constructive praise, all the way.
