Hey Everyone!

My name is Natalie & many years ago I started writing fanfiction as an outlet for my love of literature.

My fanfiction novel for Lord of The Rings called 'The Alternate' took me many years to finish and I think shows how my writing developed over time.

Whilst I was working on it and after it was finished, I received a lot of praise for the story and also criticism that helped me mature my writing style and techniques.

If anything, the success of 'The Alternate' expanded my passion and made me broaden my outlook on what more I could do.

So I started writing my own book, not using any characters or ideas of other writers and creators like I did with Fanfiction. But starting from scratch with my own world, characters and plot.

This story became 'Heroes of Terisca : Volume One - The Prophecy' and it is now published on Amazon and so far has been rather successful, getting good reviews and a 5 star rating.

But what I really wanted to say was thank you to Fanfiction.net and it's members for giving me the confidence to get out there and get my own work published. For giving me the inspiration to follow my dreams.
