10/18/14- Dear fanfiction readers, due to my lack of interest in fanfiction writing, I've decided to take some stories down since they will not be continued and having them on here unfinished just frustrates me. However, I'm slowly finding time to write again, though it's a struggle because most of my time is consumed with other work. I'll try to update a chapter here and there if there's still interest, but for the most part, I will not be able to write as much. Au contraire, most of my writing focus will be on original fiction, alas. Keep on writing and don't follow my example. If any of you wants a continuation for a certain fic, then you can pm me, and I'll see what I can do.
3/14- Dear fanfiction readers, I apologize for being inactive for so long. Originally, I had planned updating my fics towards the beginning of this month, but as fate would have it, I had a massive asthma attack and almost ended up in the ER. That being said, I haven't been able to write much as of late, and for that I am so very sorry. I know some of you have been waiting so very patiently for me to finally get off my butt and start fixing up some of these fics of mine. I do plan on writing a ton once again very soon, but I just wanted to let you all know what has been going on, and I hope you will all continue to be patient with me. Thanks guys, and I'll see you around.
Hey, fellow readers. Want to know a secret? Well, have you ever wondered what motivates authors to write faster? And to post more frequently? The truth of the matter is...it's you guys. You, as a reader, can make a large difference in how much quicker your favorite authors post a new chapter by doing a simple thing: praise the author's work. Tell them how much you love their work, what you thought was the most exhilerating scene in a chapter, and why you like each individual update so much. The question is "How do I do this?" It's quite easy, really. Just share your words of encouragement in a single review. And don't just review one chapter; do it for every new update. Authors go crazy when they hear from their fans-you guys. It gives them strength to press on through writer's block and to write faster because they know that you, the reader, actually enjoy and care about what that author writes. So, next time an author whose story you consistently follow updates a new chapter, read it and then go review it. Your review will cause that writer's day to shine brighter and urge them to get started on the next update as soon as possible. But don't just take my word for it. Go check this out for yourselves, and discover how you can change someone else's dreary day into a spectacular one.
About the author-in her own words. :p
I believe in good fanfiction. There are stories out there in fandoms that just blow my mind. If there is a well-written fanfic out there with few spelling errors, expect to see a review from me. I realize that everyone who writes for FFN actually takes time out of their day to sit down and type for us readers. As of such, most stories I read I typically review. It's in my nature to let others know what I think. If I don't, then how is that author supposed to know what I thought of the fanfic?
I adore the outdoors, and as such, spend much of my time running outside whatever the weather. Exercise is my hobby...if you can call it that, and it is also my stress reliever. Nothing beats a good hard run, at least in my eyes.
I'm a Christian, and I love the color black, but no, I'm not goth. :p I'm also known to be very sarcastic at times, even without realizing it. I love going out and meeting new people and making friends. My own friends think I'm sometimes a nut considering the way I act, but that's ok. People are special; I just happen to show that in certain ways.
I love to make someone smile, even if it's just a smirk. If someone feels depressed, I feel a need to console that individual and brighten their day. Smiles are contagious. Keep that in mind when you're around other people!
I am an over obsessed fangirl when it comes to all forms of dancing. I think it's incredible to watch...like a piece of art. Sadly, I am very lacking in this department, but we won't go there.
FYI, my updates are very sporadic, with no specific time range in which I publish a new ch. So, if I disappear for months at a time, it usually means I'm procrastinating, at which then you can PM and yell at me to get my lazy butt off the couch and over to the computer to start typing. With a bowl of ice cream, of course.
I made a tumblr (link!) Hopefully, I will use my tumblr for more consistent statuses and updates on my fanfics. Feel free to stop by and ask a question! :)
Thanks for visiting my profile.
