4th January, 2015 - Just figured I owed people an explanation on the stagnancy of Monensis. My chronic illness has caught up to me and, in terms of mental capacity, I cannot write. There is no imagination or creativity in my head. I started chapter three a month ago and thus far have written a whopping five paragraphs; while I'm hopeful that I can resume writing at some point in the near future, at the moment I am struggling and ask your forgiveness for the lack of updates to the story. I believe I made a commitment to my readers when I posted it, particularly as some lovely people chose to follow the story, and I am ashamed that I am not currently fulfilling that commitment. Two chapters may not seem like much but it feels dishonorable to introduce it and then abandon it. I beg your patience and, should I find it necessary to terminate the project, your understanding.
