Author has written 1 story for Sherlock.

Hey all.

This is...odd. I've read tons of these (and yes, I do actually read author profiles) and still have no idea what to write down.

I guess I'll say something about me.

My age is undisclosed. My real name will stay in the same status.

However, you can call me Heather. Still not my real name, but it sounds more real than Quend. I'll respond to it; I use it in other places.

I will say this: I am female and I am American, though I'd like to permanantly move to the UK, specifically London eventually.

Now that you have the basic idea of me, here are a few more details.

Favourite Books: The Complete Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle. This is the only book that is always on my favourites list; the others are changeable. But here are some current ones: The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, The Cat Who... series by Lilian Jackson Braun, House by Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker, Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched the World by Vicki Myron with Bret Witter, and The Wizard of Earthsea Trilogy by Ursula K. Le Guin

Favourite Television Shows: Sherlock. Sherlock. Sherlock. Did I mention Sherlock? Also Doctor Who and random cooking shows. I'm planning to try Supernatural and Downtown Abbey soon.

Favourite Movies: None really. I don't watch too many. I suppose that I like my introduction to Martin Freeman's amazing acting in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Ships: Sherlock/John is my OTP. I used to ship Daine/Numair in Tamora Pierce's Immortals series, but I haven't read those in years and haven't written them for a while yet. I'm actually the Wild side of WildandWinged (see favourites list). I used to plan to have my FF name be WildSoulWildSpirit, but that changed when I started using Quend.

And I must offer thanks to Rosamundius Malloy who actually set this account up for me. She seems to mostly write Harry Potter at this point, and though I haven't read it as it isn't one of my fandoms, check it out (if HP is a fandom of yours). And then to the ever-amazing WingedWolfStar, my lovely beta! My work would never be half as good as (I think) it is without you dearest! She writes Cardcaptor Sakura and Maximum Ride, and may be joining the Sherlock fandom with a few crack stories soon (which I absolutely take the blame for, as they were written for my Christmas present and my birthday present! Love you dear!). She is an awesome writer, and I do a bit of beta work for her. I have read her fics, and I highly recommend them.

And that's pretty much it. Make sure to check out my favourite authors and stories please, and leave them the reviews they deserve!

Speaking of reviews, constructive criticism is extremely welcome, but please, no flames.

I currently have no stories posted, but plan to begin soon. I'd like to finish my mulitchapters before I start posting them, as I hate it when authors take months to update or quit a story in the middle. I am also working on a 100 Themes challenge. I want to post it in order, however, so I'll need to go back and start at number one. So that could be a long time away.

Upcoming Stories:
"To Make it Through the Night" - Five complete chapters, no idea how much longer it will be. Could be awhile.
"Nightmares" - One complete chapter, but a long one. Only one to two more chapters, should be up sooner rather than later.
Currently Untitled 100 Themes - When posted will be updated sporadically.
"Unspoken" - Needs some intense editing, and then is ready to be posted!
"In Love" - Short and fluffy. Maybe a bit of editing. Is actually a prequel to "Nightmares", so I hope it's good.

"In Love" is in its final edit, and should be posted soon. "Until Death Do Us Part" is the working title for a new story...mostly angst, though it is Johnlock. It is being written in drabble format, one drabble per chapter. I like it, but saying much more will be spoilers, so...read it when I post it. Please.
