Author has written 1 story for Mass Effect.
Wow, it's been awhile since I've been on this website. I haven't written a fanfiction in, what, six years? Couldn't even remember the password for my old account. XD; Oh well. I wasn't sure if I should post any stories that I've written, but I figured they weren't doing any good sitting on my computer where no one could enjoy them...Possibly. Things have certainly changed around here. And yes, I'm one of the many, MANY people who returned to this site because of ME3. Say what you will about those endings, but the vast majority of the game was brilliant and well thought out, (enough to get a lot of people to start writing again), and that's what matters most.
About me: I'm a pre-med university student in my senior year, getting prepared to take my MCATS, (or the test needed to get into medical school). I started writing fanfictions once again out of wanting another relaxing hobby away from my studies that I could take anywhere if I had free time. I know I'm a little rusty in the creative writing department, but I greatly appreciate anyone who will sit through and read my stories. :)
Story Progress as of 8/2013:
Waiting (Complete): Fiction set during Mass Effect 3 about the turian C-Sec officer and human refugee teenager. Rated T for language and violence.
Mulling around other ideas as well, but we'll see.
Brother of Sleep -- (Story set after the events of The Dark Knight Rises following the hospitalization of Bane against his will. Rated T/T plus for language, violence, and generally dark themes.) I sincerely apologize for having to get rid of this story, but it needs a serious rework and badly. It's been jumping around way too much and it's been so long since I actually started posting that I'm sure a lot of people have forgotten how it even started. There's also been a lot of issues getting in the way of writing on a diligent schedule, which has not gone over very well. I will be finishing it some day, but not before fixing it and being sure that it will end as it should. This never usually happens, and again I am so sorry.
Weighted: Sequel to 'Waiting'. Rated T and close to M for language, violence, and horror, both physical and psychological. Lost steam with this one and probably won't get around to finishing unless something convinces my motivation to come back. DX
Common cultural sayings I've used that have been asked by other people:
"Nerves standing on end" - getting goosebumps/chills that can feel painful due to anxiety. No, I know, nerves don't actually stand on end, lol.
"Boonies" - aka 'the boondocks'; the middle of nowhere.
