For Rosario Vampire: Brightest Darkness readers, dedicated fan Nintendoman01 has created wiki pages on TVTropes.org for the story and characters as well as written reviews. Check it out and feel free to add to the pages if you would like :)
Aside from writing fanfictions I also write ebooks online at Amazon.com. Check out my other websites for more information and links to the books.
People often ask me, "Hey Alex, you delicious looking bastard, how do you manage to write all these stories at once and stay sane?"
And then I look them right in their bloodshot eyes while they're snarling and drooling like a wild animal, and I merely tell them the only thing that needs be said.
"I like to write, like a lot. The only problem with that is that I have so many stories to write, and so little time each day I can do them in. Still, I'll do what I can, as this is what I do. I don't do so for praise or personal glory, and certainly not for wealth. I do so because I enjoy writing, and not even my hands and fingers getting sore from typing on my keyboard to the point where my computer is begging me to take a break will keep me from doing what I like to do."
I started writing not because I wanted to amass a following or be told that I was a great writer. I started writing not because I aimed to get rich with it, nor did I ever plan on my stories becoming a worldwide phenomenon. I started writing because I wanted to write. The number one person I'm writing for out there is me, because these are stories that I want to tell, that I want to bring to life, that I love. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate everybody who reads, comments, reviews, and likes my works. I'm glad you enjoy my stories, and rest assured that I'll always continue to write because it's something that I love to do. To all those out there that say I'm wasting my time, my stories will never become popular, I have no idea what I'm doing, or any other attempt to break me down, consider this:
1. My Rosario Vampire: Brightest Darkness fanfiction is not only the longest fanfiction for Rosario Vampire out there, but also has commissioned artwork for it as well that helps bring it to life. To those out there that read it when it first came out and judged it to be trash and claimed it wouldn't become popular, how does it feel to eat those words?
2. My original novel, Chronicles of Eden, is currently selling on Amazon. It was released at the end of December 2013, and in one month paid for itself in terms of all the high quality artwork I had commissioned for it. To those out there that have purchased it and supported me, thank you. To those out there that scoffed at the idea of me actually creating my own book, I did create my own book and its paid for itself after just one month. Go ahead, try to tear it down again.
3. It's because of my writing that I've met other authors online that have become my friends, some on deviantART, some on fanfiction.net, and a few others from other sites as well. I've gotten to read their works as well, see how other promising authors are starting up and beginning their journey of creating another wonderful story. Had I listened to the trolls and idiots that tried to stop me from pursuing this path in my life simply because they assumed they knew what a good story was based on nothing but their own close-minded opinions, I wouldn't have met these other authors at all. So, I'm glad I made these new acquaintances and friends, and also glad that I didn't let the mere words of those that have never written anything themselves bring me down.
So there you have it, I'm proud of the work I've created and I'm here to stay, whether everybody's fine with that or not. And no, this isn't arrogance, its pride. I stand by my work, my characters, my stories, and my choice to write completely, and have never regretted picking up the virtual pen once. To all those out there that want to know how to become an author, just remember this: Write. Plain and simple. Write a story you like, that you want to tell. And don't let anybody tell you that you can't write a story, or that you're not good enough. I went from having written nothing at all to having quite a lot of expansive and, quite honestly, staggering amounts of literature under my name, and all because I wanted to just for the fun of writing, and like hell anybody is going to stop me from continuing to do so in the future.
