Author has written 4 stories for Naruto, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, and Angel.

Hello fellow users of If you bothered to read my Author's profile XD, then go right on in :).

I'm a young aspiring writer who was finally inspired to write stories by the constant compliments I used to get for most of my English works. It was pointed out frequently by my friends and family that I really had talent for my age with vocab and just writing in general. At first, I resisted doing anything with it because I believed it would be too much work for me. I didn't think I could write enough to make a well-written, decent chapter; at the time the most I was used to was five-paragraph essays so writing an actual multi-chapter fanfic seemed like a real challenge to me. O.o Though I also had a tendency to worry about writing characters OOC and I just really cannot stand that. However, I finally decided to give it a try and I'm very proud with the improvement I've had the past few years I've had an account here. For those of you who know my writing style by now, you can see I have no trouble at all anymore writing extremely long chapters. XD I also intend to become an author someday, so this site and the support is really helping me get closer to that goal! :D

To tell you more about myself, I'm a High School student with mostly average/sometimes pretty good grades (Does anyone care about that? I don't think anyone cares about that. xD) I'm very non-religious, though I do not consider myself an atheist either. I'm frequently known to participate in pairing wars (that is, if I love the pairing enough to participate), and I do my utmost to respect those who think very differently than I do. I'm open to any discussion about couples or other elements in my fandoms, which makes me very frequent on things like forums, here, and tumblr. If you are a fan of a couple I hate, I'd hear you out if you have an argument to support it any time and anywhere. I can at times be fairly argumentative over my beliefs, probably why being a debater has become so natural to me ever since my discovery of the Naruto fandom. xD

I'm known to be somewhat of a contradiction. I'm very quiet and keep to myself, but at the same time I'm slightly short-tempered and get very annoyed easily over things that usually don't matter lol. I'm tactless and impulsive in real life at times, though not so much on the internet obviously. ;) Other words to describe me is that I'm book-smart by nature, but I'm also a little ditzy; really depends on the day. XD I'm emotional and sensitive on the inside, probably why I have a tiny bit of a temper problem occasionally. :P Probably one of my most major quirks is that I'm very much prone to laziness and a "case of unmotivation", even about things I feel important. Though in that case, if I think it's important, I may procrastinate but I always, always do it at some point or another. One of my favorite sayings is literally "Better late than never" because it fits me so well. XD

--Other Things About Me:

Likes: I've always had a fondness for reading books, which in comparison to most people out there lately, is kind of rare. XD I guess that's one of the reasons I have pretty good vocabulary and punctuation. History is also a favorite subject of mine, and another I excel at in school. I just enjoy learning how things happened and came to be. A few others is writing fanfiction about my fandoms, and I especially enjoy extended reviews in that case. Animes are another, though I'm more than a little disappointed with how narrow my options are so far. I really do at some point want to watch more animes besides Naruto. I'm also in love with staying up late at nighttime, I'm a definite night owl lol. Romance/Drama of course, as well as debates about pairings I'm really attached to. The debating gives me headaches a lot if I do it too much (especially the Naruto pairing wars), but it's still very entertaining most of the time. :) I also have a penchant for drawing, but the problem is I'm not nearly as confident over it as I am my writing. xD Maybe someday, when I get better, I will publish them online! :D And I also like organization for some reason, don't ask why. xD

Dislikes: Irrational bashers and rude people irritate me. A lot. If you're gonna be pissy, have a reason for it. Don't just be a dick to people online for no reason whatsoever except to be a dick. -_- Just srsly? OCCness in fanfics another big dislike for me. There's some exceptions, depending on the story line, but most of the time I'm just like "No. Gimme the canon character please." I also have an irrational distaste of mornings and getting up early. I prefer night and I prefer to sleep in. I also have this issue with story inconsistencies, I want it to make complete sense and not raise a big "What the hell, I thought blah blah." It's really annoying, and I know no writer is perfect (even me), but I prefer stories that do a good job at avoiding it at all costs. I also despise school just like probably everyone at one point, which sort of goes hand and hand with being pressured and overworked (Remember, I'm lazy lol). And I'm not too fond of PWP either to be honest. I don't have any problem with reading smut or sex scenes, I just want it to actually have a story in it and not just be two characters having sex. I also really can't stand extremely misspelled fanfictions with overly obvious mistakes and grammatical errors. Even when it's no one's fault, I just can't read a story and get into it when it's that butchered. I've tried many, many times, and each time I've failed.

Expectations of My Writings:

1). I will never write anything about characters or pairings specifically that I hate. I have no tolerance for that, if I hate something, I want nothing to do with it. However, I would never let my hate cloud the character or pairing's characterization. I put extremely high value on accurate in-character behavior, and that means I do respect canon pairings/character thoughts if I truly believe it is a certain way; whether I like it or not. (*Examples: If I believed or knew a pairing I hate was two-sided, I would write it two-sided. If I hated a character, I would never change their quirks randomly nor would I make them look more terrible than they are. If I hated a one-sided pairing, I would still make it one-sided despite my dislike of one party's feelings and if I did change it, it wouldn't be random. So yes, while I would never write something specifically focused over something I don't like, I would make it true to character if it had a cameo in one of my stories. One thing remains consistent about me: Every character's thoughts/relationships/traits are what I believe rings true to canon of the actual series. I would never write something I didn't believe fit canon.

2). My writing style is not so heavy on "fast-paced plot or rushness". Now that doesn't mean my stories have no excitement in them, it just means that I'm very thorough with the events that lead up to it. I have an extreme distaste for doing anything too quickly because I want it to be realistic, dramatic, and as perfect as possible. When I do something way too fast, I feel unsatisfied and disappointed. xD Like "Noo, I could've done that so much better!" lol. I say this because I know some readers prefer fast-paced stories as opposed to meticulous and thorough ones, so I'd like to give a heads' up for some of you, 'kay? :) This also coincides with conflict. I really hate it when stories resolve the conflict so quickly, it makes the journey to get there almost pointless and much less interesting. I like suspenseful stories and 'Will he/she succede? Will he/she fail?'. I don't end conflicts swiftly is basically what I'm saying. If it's a multi-chapter fic, then this is especially apparent.

3). Most of my fanfics will revolve around some of my favorite romantic relationships, friendships, and to a lesser extent character development. I'm interested in many books and TV shows, but what I've always been most passionate about is the relationships between characters above all else. Now, that doesn't mean I don't enjoy other messages or themes: comedy and action-adventure are also something I like. I never just watch/read for the relationships, it's just what I enjoy the most. So much so that it's probably the only thing I'll have the interest to write or read about. Admittingly, and probably most obvious, I have a passion for love stories (Note the user name ;P). I am, in every sense of the word, a hopeless romantic even before I knew what that was. xD And I feel that really shows in my writing. Yet I have an intense fondness for character development as well. I enjoy seeing a character's journey change and twist in whatever direction, for better or worse (usually better. I prefer better lol). Static characters often make me go blegh! I will have stories that focus solely on CD, but even in my romance/friendship-centered ones, I will always have a splash of it involved toward a varying degree.

4). My fanfictions will always have some sort of point or message in them, whether obvious or subtle. I don't like stories that have no point at all, it's extremely hard for me to like/write. I enjoy deep meanings in a story, and I think that shows in my interests as well. If I'm writing something that doesn't have some sort of goal or deep message, then I'll never be able to be invested enough to finish it. And since I usually want to finish stories I start, I'd like very much to avoid that. XD

5). Um ... I have a fondness for angst on some occasions in my stories. xD It's a guilty pleasure lol. I don't understand it completely, but I think it has something to do with connecting and sympathizing to a character's hardships. That can unconsciously influence the pairings I ship and the characters that end up being my favorites. However, I do know a limit. Which means, in most of my stories, I may have very depressing elements or angst moments, but I always do them for a reason. It often traces back towards character development or pairing development. As much as I love sympathizing with characters, I don't want them eternally miserable. Contrary to what some might believe, my type of depressing is "big angsty conflicts/revelations, then a slow build-up towards a even ground/"happy ending". I often love my characters and pairings too much to have everything unbelievably bad for them. I may take notes off him, but I am no Joss Whedon. ;) (If you don't know who that it is, you should look him up xD). Though if I feel it's necessary to end badly, I will do it. However, that does not mean I get enjoyment out of it.

Some Story Ideas: Right now, a fanfic centering around Hinata and her character development. I don't like the way Kishi handles her character and he's not really utilizing full potential. However, I have no idea when I'm going to publish it. And of course, some random NS/BA stories as well, I'm just not quite there yet lol.

Two of a Kind: April 18th--23th: It might be earlier than this, but this is just a prediction. A lot is going to happen in Chapter 24 with all the characters so I need to work extra hard to make it really good! :D Actually, I think I might update two chapters this time. There's so much that's going to happen so that I think I pretty much have too. :P

What I Have To: March 25th--30th: I'm not setting the next updates until I get the next chapter of ToaK out ... I'm going to repeatedly do this so I have less of a chance missing updates. :)

Fleeting Comfort: I'm definitely updating the second and last part to this story, but I need to focus on my more popular fanfictions first. I don't think too many people so far like FC anyways, but I will get it done. ;)

Interests: Music/TV Shows/Animes/Books

Favorite Animes:

1). Naruto Shippuden/Naruto: Right now, this is pretty much the anime I'm the most obsessed with. I started watching Part Two since 2007 before tracing back to watch Part 1 and I just fell in love with it. I went through a period of "not caring" much about Naruto anymore besides my shippings but even that was pretty mild, probably because of how incredibly dragged out the War Arc has been ( 3 years. 3. Years -_-). But I'm starting to recover from that and get back into the show more as well as the fandom. :) I'm glad, I really didn't looking going through periods of 'not caring.' XD Honestly, this is probably one of the only series that I'm genuinely active in the fandom, pairing wars, and forums. It's a really amazing story, and Kishimoto's chronicles of Naruto's life is so well-done and really hits you in the feels. T.T This is also one of the main sources of my fanfic writings, I just have so many ideas over it. ;P

2). Inuyasha: This was the first anime I ever watched in my life. When I first watched it, I had no freakin' clue about shipping wars, mangas, or even what the hell an anime was. I went through a period of intense obsession with it during it's run and equally as intense pairing outrages (what I now realize was me 'shipping' and 'thrown into shipping rivalry' xD). I was young and innocent back then lol. Now that it's finished, my interest in it has lessened and instead Naruto took it's place. However, I'll always have a soft spot for it because I literally associate it with my childhood and there are many relationships I was fond of. I didn't enjoy how Inuyasha's backstory was never elaborated on, how little their was about his parents, or the lack of strengthening his bond with his brother Sesshomaru. But I guess the best way to cope with that is turning to fanfiction, preferably written by me. xD

2). Dragonball Z/Dragonball GT: There is so much wrong with this show from a logic standpoint ... insanely unbelievable power-ups, almost all of the romantic pairings make little to no sense and had no development, the show was blatantly sexist and never had any strong female fighters besides 18, and of course ... the fact that a certain arc lasted just a day, but felt so dragged out and unrealistically long. -_- But, still, I couldn't help getting oddly attached to it when I discovered through my brother. It might have something to do with the fights or the fact that Goku's characterization is just impossible not to fall in love with and worship (Come on, you all know it ;) ), but I really love it. It's the only anime in my book that can be called absolute crap, but still be too good to drop.

Favorite TV Shows:

1). Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Look, I really don't care how old this show is (1997--2003) and the fact that some might criticize me of it, it has a damn good storyline and message to it. I'd even go as far to say it's one of the most amazing American TV shows I've ever seen. The fights, the CD development done so intensely to shape the main character into a shallow, self-absorbed teenager with a life forced on her she never wanted to an extremely responsible, strong-willed heroine who you just can't help with sympathize with. She went through so many trials and hard choices, her life is literally hell. And though she matured through it, it still had an ever-lasting effect on her outlook that just breaks your heart. :( It's a hard show to like, shipping any pairing in it is doomed to get your heart ripped out because there literally isn't any happy endings without a price/consequence. But it's worth it because the characters are all just so amazing, it's so easy to connect to them and their storylines. This is probably something I'm just as passionate over as I am over Naruto. I participate in forums, shipping wars, and even read the comic continuation of it. Just ... the show has every element to it, it's gut-wrenchingly perfect.

2). Angel: Given how this is the spin-off of Buffy and written by the same creator, do I even have to say how much I love this show as well? Okay, do I love it as much as Buffy? Nope, I do not. Though that is only because the main heroine of Buffy is a character I'm the most attached to in the 'verse, and though the hero in this one comes very close, he is not Buffy and never will be Buffy. The message is different, about redemption rather than a stripping of innocence and life trials that BtVs is about. It's also a lot darker and depressing, the hero makes some questionable choices despite his good intentions. But it's still very, very gripping and full of just as much emotion. I heavily recommend it to just about anyone. :)

3). Supernatural: This probably one of my only favorite shows that I don't truly like any pairing enough to ship lol. Supernatural is not about romance or whatever, it's about the bond of family and doing what's right, even when you make mistakes. Dean and Sam's bond is just absolutely amazing, they've been through so much together as brothers but nothing is more important to them than each other. :) I actually enjoy Supernatural's lack of romance, it really brings an interesting twist to most American shows out there nowadays. And, well, other than that, it has basically everything. Humor, Angst, Strength, Bravery, all of that stuff I love. xD I can't wait to watch the 9th season when it airs on TV!

4). The Vampire Diaries: My introduction to this show is extremely ironic and hilarious. When this show first started, I refused to watch it in anyway whatsoever despite it's already massive popularity. And for a very simple reason: The plot was about a human girl falling in love with a vampire. The minute I heard of that, I was like "Screw this, it's crap." I instantly likened it to the Twilight movies, and I did not want to see a TV series with another flat heroine, abusive relationship that's sugarcoated with "true love", and equally as annoying triangles. So, by accident, I ran across an episode when Elena found out Stefan was a vampire and her reaction made total sense. She didn't trust him, she was actually afraid of him, and wanted nothing to do with him. When I saw that, I knew it was already 1000x better than Twilight so I gave it shot. It's actually one of my favorite shows now, though I think it largely has to do with how much it's characters/relationships remind of the Buffy/Angel shows. I have more of casual interest in it though, and do not partake in the shipping wars too frequently even though naturally I do ship some couples in it.

5). Avatar: Last Airbender: I got sucked into this show after it ended, but it doesn't make me any less in love with it. I'm actually glad I missed the shipping wars, I heard they were pretty bad. xD I don't think I'll ever write fanfiction about them, but I do love a lot of the characters. It reminds me a lot of an anime, even though it's clearly an American Show.

6). Smallville: I have more of casual interest in this show, less even than Vampire Diaries. It took me a whole year to finish all ten seasons because I kept getting distracted with my other interests, and found that I could just not care enough to keep going after about S7. Though when I finally finished, I easily credit it with the best storyline Superman "Clark Kent" I've ever seen. It was very gradual and though we all knew who he would be, you could see his struggle to accept his destiny and the maturity it took for him to fulfill his role. He was never portrayed as "perfect" and you were able to relate to him on a much personal life because he was imperfect. Giving how Superman is always seen as perfect in other media, that's very impressive. xD And ... Tom Welling. :D I swear, it was like he was born for that role. :P

7). Family Guy: This show is soo offensive on a real life scale, but I've never seen a more hilarious series. xD All the cutaways and jokes just so perfect, especially considering they purposely play on stereotypes and a few of their jokes have a small degree of truth to them lol. Every actor, show, music, everything is made fun of in it and it just won't ever stop. Oh, Seth MacFarlane. It's nice you can ignore the several lawsuits and criticisms you get because of the "hot topics" you always mention. Just keep not giving a f*k and doing your thing. ;)

8). Futurama: This is probably the first sitcom I've ever watched, and the first I've ever actually found myself seriously shipping a couple even though it's entirely a jokey show. Never thought that would happen, but it did. xD I feel similarly about this as I do Family Guy. It's just a really hilarious show about a loser who can't fit in anywhere, but is somehow still special. And the main heroine, Leela, just kicks total ass. ;D

Favorite Books:

1). WarriorCats Series: I initially didn't care about this series, and I truly can't explain why. I think I just thought it was about cats on a real life level and instead of a fiction level and while I'm a total animal lover, I just wasn't interested. Though I checked out one from the library on a whim, and even though I had no idea what it was about (the terms, the characters, this "warrior code", groups, pretty much everything), I developed an interest in it nonetheless and I've been obsessed with it ever since; That was about four years ago. xD I just really enjoy the human aspect the cats are given. There are four Clans constantly at war each other, but they all just to survive through the challenges of the wild. It also explores racism, sexism, and law-breaking subtly, though different of course than the real world. It's like the cats form a government and a code of honor to live by that should never be broken even when it does happen a lot anyways. My issues are probably the glaring color inconsistencies and story inconsistencies (Seriously, it happens do damn much, you would think it didn't even have an editor -_- ), and how the series refuses to end. It's dragged out into all this different generations of cats, which is really difficult for me everytime because I see less of the characters before I was very fond of. Particularly in this new one, The Dawn of the Clans Arc. It's literally up to 20 chapter books, 6 Super Edition books, 9 manga books, and 6 special books. All and counting. Not to mention some of the repetitive storylines getting recycled, given the enormous range the series has. But yet, despite all it's issues, I'm still very much attached to the characters and their interesting way of a life. ;) I do hope to write fanfiction of this at some point, though it's going to be hard because they have distinct way of speaking and I still need to adjust to that to write it. xD

2). Percy Jackson Series:

Favorite Characters in Anime/TV Shows/Books:

Naruto Shippuden:

1). Naruto Uzumaki: As I often mention in my Naruto fanfics's authors notes, my favorite character in the manga is definitely Naruto. It's kind of a funny story actually. I didn't always like him; in fact at the beginning of Part I it's safe to say I hated him. He was extremely idiotic, obnoxious, self-absorbed, and not to mention unbelievable. I always sympathized with his sad backstory and I did know he was only like that because of how he was treated, but his constant bragging made just want to scream at him to shut up. :/ But, as the series went on, I saw that Naruto had a lot more layers and complexities in him that he tried to hide with easygoingness. His desperation for someone to care for him, and be seen as someone important really hit me at some point. Somewhere along the way I developed an extreme amount of affection for his character, and he eventually became my character without me even realizing it. The things I love most about him is how he can always still optimistic in some of the worst situations, and never give up no matter what happens. And he's amazingly selfless to the point of neglecting himself, it's so touching but sad at the same time. I'd like him to think about himself sometimes, y'know? But he wouldn't be Naruto if he did that lol. I love his loyalty, his unconditional forgiveness, hell I even love his playfulness and occasional stupidity. It's just what makes Naruto Naruto at this point. ;)

2). Sakura Haruno: My love for Sakura's character grew over a long period. When I first got into this series, I pretty much hated her (like most of the Naruto fandom). She was so bratty and selfish, not to mention she was straight annoying with her fangirling over Sasuke. There were plenty of times I just wanted to mute her. I never disliked her for her treatment of Naruto because he really wasn't that much different than her. I started to like her in Part II when I saw how much she had matured. She became a more selfless character and I started to see a lot more depth to her than just her love for Sasuke (in Part I). Sakura got a lot stronger and seeing her go through such extremes for Naruto as well as trying to constantly improve herself makes me respect her very much. Her "love" for Sasuke still annoys the crap out of me, but I sympathize with her difficulty getting over him entirely and just let go of all the pain he brings her. You can see she's really trying to grow up and move on and she's getting a lot closer to that, something that speaks so much about her maturity since the start of series. I love how Sakura is so realistic and while you should never approve of everything she does, you should see there is a lot a good in here and respect that. *my message to the Sakura haters* Sakura is relatable, brave, and very strong as a character. There's no question at all she's my favorite female character.

3). Itachi Uchiha: Him being one of my favorite characters shouldn't be a surprise. XD He is the greatest Uchiha in the whole Narutoverse and the only one that broke that Cycle of Hate enough to be a down-to-earth, self-sacrificing shinobi who probably should've been an Hokage someday. He was too kind to be ninja, but you saw just how much he was devoted to the safety of innocents by killing his own Clan just to protect the village. The blackmail by the Konoha was terribly wrong, but it spoke a lot about who Itachi is. Itachi just let himself be miserable his remaining years and was only waiting to have Sasuke kill him to "avenge" the Uchiha Clan and have him "punished" for killing his family. I'm pissed off about what he did to Sasuke, but I don't hold it against him because he acknowledges he made a mistake and that everything "Evil" Sasuke did was partially his fault. I really wish Itachi didn't die, but I guess his involvement in the War Arc and basically ending the war by stopping Kabutomaru is about as good as it can get for Itachi fans.

4). Sasuke Uchiha: I can't always explain why I love Sasuke's character. I know he doesn't come off as a very likable character. He's a jerk. He's one of the most selfish characters in the series and he doesn't give a damn what anyone else feels. He "betrayed" Itachi during his "Destroy Konoha" phase and nearly killed a good few of his teammates out of spite. And don't even get me started on how much he disrespects Naruto and treats him like trash ever since he left the village. I don't excuse any of his choices or actions. So why is he one of my favorite characters? I pity him. Sasuke is the type of character that really has no idea what he wants and when he thinks he does, he changes his mind on a dime. In some ways, it's like Sasuke's still a little kid. He's just frozen in the moment his parents died and refuses to really look toward the future. Quoting him, "Only the past." Isn't that sad? Another thing that gets me about Sasuke is he purposely choses to live a life without happiness. He's so selfish with his goals, but it's so true. Most of the major decisions he's made only made him more miserable than before. Killing Itachi? Sasuke wanted to avenge his family and cut off every close ties to do it. After leaving Team 7, he was never even marginally happy and he knew it. Destroying Konoha? Drove him into madness and way more pain. Wanting to be Hokage? Not even his own dream. He still has issues with Konoha and even if this way seems almost "mature", he's not happy. I feel like the only way Sasuke could maybe be happy again was if he allowed himself to be with Team 7, specifically Naruto, where he was most happiest since his parents. I have a very strong love/hate of Sasuke, but really in the end all I want for him is to let go of his hate and be with T7. None of it's ever going to be same, but I've always felt that's where he really belonged.

5). Shikamaru Nara:

6). Minato Namikaze:

7). Tsunade:

8). Jiraiya:

9). Neji Hyuga:

10). Kushina Uzumaki:

1). Kikyo: My love for Kikyo has always been ironic to me. She's probably the only character out of my shows/books that I've never shipped with my second favorite character (who, coincidentally, usually end up my top OTP). But the thing with Kikyo is that she doesn't shine with relationships, she shines with personality. She's gone through so many different stages in her unbelievably miserable life/afterlife, but she was able to find out who she really was when she was finally at peace. I've always felt so much sympathy for her. As a priestess, she had to suppress her desires to be normal and 'love' because her purpose was to save people and protect the jewel. And when she finally tried to ignore her responsibilities, she was murdered and died believing the person she loved betrayed her. Kikyo never lived her life, she lived half a life. Even when she was brought back and grappled with her intense love/hatred for Inuyasha, Kikyo was able to recover herself. She wasn't ever the same, but she found her compassionate and loving side again. I guess that's why I love her. She's such a multifaceted character with both evil and good in her at some point, and she had to give up everything she cared over. She's independent, caring, intelligent, tragic, and able to hold her own. Kikyo was an amazing character, and some part of me was sad when she passed on.

2). Inuyasha:

3). Sango:

4). Kagome Higurashi:

5). Sesshomaru:

6). Miroku:

7). Rin:

8). Kagura:

9). Shippo:

Dragonball Z/Dragonball GT:

1). Goku: Do I even need to explain why Goku is so amazing? He just ... it's impossible not to love him. He's so extremely powerful, probably the most powerful, but he never becomes arrogant or selfish. He always stays mischievous and child-like even when he's an adult because that's just who Goku is lol. He's extremely stupid in almost everything except fighting (which is still completely hilarious to me) and has the weirdest phobias (Needles, suits, Chi-Chi XD ...) Goku's also a ridiculous workaholic, he always thinks he can be better than what he is. And he's such a nice guy, he's very selfless and fair to people no matter what. More or less, I can basically copy and paste more than half of the reasons I love Naruto's character into why I love Goku. I guess that's not surprising ... considering Naruto's personality was based of Goku's. You did well, Kishi. You did well. xD

2). Gohan:

3). Vegeta:

4). Future Trunks:

5). Android 18:

6). Krillin:

7). Piccolo:

8). Bardock:

9). Bulma:

10). Goten:

Buffy the Vampire Slayer:

1). Buffy Summers: I can't even describe how much I love Buffy's journey and personality. Ever since the earliest seasons, I've always liked her but I just loved her and more as the series continued. Since the whole theme of the show is life/hardships, Buffy's story is unbelievably tragic and unfair. She started out as "just a regular girl". Popular in high school, cheerleader, lots of friends. Stereotypically shallow and vain like most popular teenagers in media. But then, at just fifteen, she was given supernatural powers to fight demons and vampires. To protect mankind and "save the world". It was a destiny she could never avoid or change, even though she never asked for. After that, her life just started plummeting from there. She was expelled out of high school for trying to protect them from vampires, and was mostly an outcast and lonely until she finally found three good friends who cared about her. I guess the most compelling thing about her storyline is that the years of such responsibility stripped away her innocence and by just age 21, she lost almost any sense of personal happiness. Buffy hates her life and even hates herself, but she still tries to be strong. To take care of everyone, and save the world because she's the only. No matter how hard it is, how alone she feels inside, like she doesn't belong ... Buffy always thinks about everyone before herself and she never loses her morals; even when she's hopeless. She makes a lot mistakes and bad choices ... a lot she blames herself too harshly for, but that's why she's great. She's so flawed with humanity, you can relate to her on an unbelievable level because she's the essence of a realistic character. Buffy's literally perfectly imperfect. Buffy wants a life of her own: she wants to make her own choices, be able to keep love, and have a family someday. But the tragic thing is she knows she'll never have that. I feel for her so much ... she was just once a girl who had dreams and envisioned her own future just like us, only for it to be taken away from her by a life she never wanted. Though I also love her responsible nature, extreme compassion/forgiveness, her independence and strength, and her quirky brand of irony and sarcasm. Buffy's a very complex and deep character with many layers, but that's why exactly I love her. :)

1). Angel: Technically, Angel is my favorite male character in the Buffyverse (given Angel's the spin-off of Buffy), I love him almost as much as I do the main heroine in the 'verse Buffy. Interestingly enough, I can say I also didn't always like him as a character. When he was on Buffy the first three seasons, I can't say I loved him as much as I do now. I don't think I've ever hated him exactly, but there wasn't much to go on about his character other than "brooding vampire in love with Buffy." It was when he got his own show and I was able to witness he could stand steadily strong without Buffy that I began to truly appreciate him. He's the character deprived the most of any sense of happiness for himself (even more than Buffy), and he's lost everyone close to him over the years to the point where's he almost entirely alone. He also makes many, many disastrous mistakes despite his consistent good intentions, making him somewhat of a tragic hero. I think what I love most about him though is how incredibly compassionate, noble, and self-sacrificing he can be for others, particularly those he loves. He angers me sometimes with his bad decisions and tendency to be a overbearing over his loved ones (He's the overprotective, extremist type lol), but Angel's heart is always in the right place and always cares about everyone. He actually cares too much IMO, to be honest. I also disagree with the opinion that he's "too serious". I'm not going to say he's a stockpile of laughs since he is characterized as a miserable, martyring character consistently, but he also has funny quirks. Like how he's petty and nitpicks the small things that bother or offend him, hilarious degree of self-consciousness, jealousy issues (I'm sorry, but when he's jealous it's so obvious and he's making an entire fool of himself every time XD) and he does have a sense of humor sometimes! It's just of the dark and sarcastic variety. ;) I also feel extremely sorry for him, his life is absolute hell and you just know he will never maintain anything good that makes him happy for long. Angel's the forever alone, forever suffering character unfortunately.

1). Dean Winchester: For a while I wasn't sure if I loved him more than Sam or Sam more than Dean, but after a lot of thinking I realized it was Dean. He's the type of character who comes off as being a jerk-ass, a player, and a person who doesn't get a damn about much except listening to his father on the surface. Though as the series go on, you start to recognize it's just a mask of his. He's actually a really sad, empty individual who doesn't feel too much happiness in his life underneath his default "happy-go-lucky" exterior on the inside. Dean's grown to hate dspending his life hunting monsters as a hunter after sacrificing some much of himself, losing love, all of his close friends, everyone. Then he eventually gets to the point of accepting it, believing he's the only person who can save this people, and doesn't really know any other life. It sort of reminds me of Buffy Summers from BtVs, actually. Dean's gone through so many stages over the 9 seasons, from loving what he does to trying to rejecting it to being resigned to life as hunter. He's also been in Hell (literally this time, he's actually died and went there because he sold his soul to save his brother), Purgatory, and just even more crap in normal life it's hard to keep track of. But what I love most about him is that he's extremely loyal, compassionate, willing to do what's necessary to save people (and I mean anything), and surprisingly very responsible (Seriously, you would not think he was the responsible type given his outward personality). Dean's just a really strong character who always fights and does what he can for others no matter what. ;)
