Author has written 9 stories for Hunger Games.
Welcome Welcome to my profile!!
Hi, I'm a Hunger Games fanatic, one of many obviously :)
I like other stuff too.
and Harry Potter
and the Lion King
and basically anything Disney
I'm also a little bit partial to Twilight at times.
Don't you dare tell anyone that though, because that's awfully embarrassing.
You know what I also love Lost and Pokemon a lot too. Wow never will I ever see those two in the same sentence again I bet.
Ok The Maze Runner has also been added to this list, words just can't even describe.
Oh no wait I found words to describe it. Total emotional breakdown.
I'm also one of those crazy people that sits up and does their writing into the early hours of the morning and then wants to punch themselves in the face the next day. It's a hard knock life.
Here's a little bit of information on my little stories :)
This is my baby, and unfortunately lately I've been a neglectful mother, but I'm about to start updating this a little bit more regularly now I have more time on my hands. It's basically a handful of Letter's Annie writes to Finnick after his death in Mockingjay and onwards. I'm not quite sure at which point in time exactly I'll end it but I have a bit of an idea where it's going, if that makes any sense. whats going on with Johanna, Katniss, Peeta, Mrs. Everdeen post Mockingjay will be included regularly in her musings, and on occasion the likes of Effie, Haymitch, Gale and even *gulps* Enoboria might get a mention or two, who knows!
Status-It's sort of on hiatus, unfortunately. Not fully though, I will update it when I can, its just life is a bit more hectic than usual at the moment :(
This is my submit your own tribute fic (yes that's right, getting rid of the acronyms there, I'm a crazy person) that's a bit of a project to keep me motivated and to help me improve my writing skills (I have also always wanted to do one!) I'm going to try and update every seven to ten days at least, and I'll try my best not to let it go without any updates for longer than two weeks. As for what the Arena and such will be like, That's for me to know and you to find out!
Status-Closed, The Games have just begun :)
Brutal Broken Cato
This was my very first fanfic and I'm a little bit fond of it if I may say so myself. It came to life originally in a school book in the middle of the night at my dads and eventually went on to be the three part look at the slow spiral into insanity I always imagined Cato fell into after Clove's death and leading up to his own. It's a tad gory and probably a little bit disgusting at times but if you love Cato and ship Clato give it a read!
status- Completearoonie! (oh god I just impersonated Ned Flander's what is wrong with me?)
There is Only Pain- how I imagine what it would have been like if Clove and Cato had won the games. be warned, it doesn't have a happy ending. I'm cruel like that.
Vilest of Hearts- I'd had this drabbly interaction with Cato and his mother going around in the notes in my phone for a while and it changed multiple times before it grew into this little back story for both Cato and Clove, more so Cato. I think it's a bit macabre, but they are a kind of macabre pair of kids so I think that's ok...right guys?
Rasperry Red- This is a one shot I wrote for the one shot challenge on the Starvation Forum. The prompt was 'Icing' and I chose to write it about Titus, the tribute from district six who resorted to cannibalism in his respective games. This is a pretty short story and focuses only on his encounter with his first in-game "meal'. Probably a tad disturbing, but I seem to write a lot of stuff like that.
For the Little Girl- This is about Thresh and uses quotes from the feast scene in the book that intermingle with his thoughts and feelings regarding the deaths of both Rue and Clove. It was a tough little cookie to write, I spent ages trying to fit certain quotes with certain paragraphs but I feel like it turned out well enough in the end.
Heartbeat- This, Like Rapsberry red was written for the Starvation One-shot Challenge. The prompt was 'lullaby' and the story itself is something like a patchwork quilt as it was originally two separate one-shots I'd been writing that I fused together when I found I could link them with the 'lullaby'.
Some yet to published/written stories I'm currently toying around with include:
a short series about Glimmer, (probably only 3 or four chapters long)
a slightly longer set of interlacing one-shot sort of things about Foxface's time in the games based off a multiple prompt challenge
Possibly some one shot's regarding Cashmere, Gloss, Rue, Gale and Mrs Everdeen/Mr Mellark.
So stay tuned kidlings! you never know what I'm going to spew out of my brain and onto a microsoft word document!
ok that was gross.
I'm going to go feed my cats now.
Maybe eat some doritos.
Oh, you're still here...
