ABOUT THE FICS THAT I WRITE...
I normally follow the spirit of the fandom that I write fics for. My Batman, Nightwing, and Bat Family fics are non-yaoi and focus on the adventures and familial relationship between our beloved heroes. My Petshop of Horror fics, since the series teases its readers with harmless speckles of hinted shonen-ai, also has them. My Yami no Matsuei / Descendants of Darkness fics are yaoi, since YnM is truly a yaoi series. Last but not the least, all but one of my Yu-Gi-Oh fanfics are non-yaoi (Faust, Yu-Gi-Oh Style is a yaoi fic).
Now that you have been advised above, you know where to go -- or not go.
Composing prose and poetry, reading and writing fanfiction and original fiction, anime, reading manga and comics, reading books, listening to music, karaoke, ballroom dancing.

NOTE ABOUT MY REVIEWS TO OTHERS...
I am not, and will never be, a flamer. I also do not appreciate people who flame others. Life is too short. We need to be supportive and kind to each other.
As to reviews, I will be very honest. If it's a bad review, I will e-mail the author personally and offer my humble and objective opinion as to what improvements can be applied...and when I do this, my intentions are kind.
We're all writers who are trying to develop our skills. We need to stick with constructive criticism. I don't go for vulgarity, insults, and the other unnecessary stuff.
Arythusa (a virtual friend, gifted artist, and awesome writer) did her version of my original character, Alexa Emrys. She draws Disney style. Ary, thanks for the touching gesture of friendship that you've shown me. I love your witty sense of humor. To those who love to see Ary's artwork, just click here:
Wes is my beta-reader, good friend, fellow SW/YGO/HP fan, and sister-in-faith. She wrote a poem when she beta-read Chapters One and Two of The Battle for Lost Souls. The poem's entitled Timeless Shadows - a piece that I like for biased and unbiased reasons. We're also working on a crossover SW/YGO/HP story - she's the main navigator, and Emrys will make her appearance there, too. We get in touch every now and then.
Here's the link to Wes' poem, Timeless Shadows - check it out and please review: http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1859645 . Here's the link to Wes' crossover story (Star Wars, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Harry Potter crossover): http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1941120
Adele is thus far my closest virtual friend for years as well as a fellow YGO and D-Grayman fan. - www.fanfiction.net/~kandabunny
Good luck, fellow writers, and more power to everyone :-D
TO MY DEAR FRIENDS...
To my awesome face-to-face and virtual friend (and goddaughter), Ayuki, my warmest regards. Even though I get very busy at times, please remember that you're always in my thoughts and prayers. Just hang in there, all right?
To Dorian Gray and Angel of the Eclipse, my buddies for our shared Yami no Matsuei community, thanks to your friendship and support...and everything else along the way.
To WingLT, a good virtual friend, beta-reader, and loyal YGO fan. Thanks for your loyalty and friendship.
To Fuzzy Angel, a good virtual friend and a brave soul, thanks for your thoughtfulness and optimism.
To Wes, my fellow SW / YGO / HP fan and sister-in-faith, friend, co-conspirator for our crossover story, and awesome beta-reader. My thoughts, love, and prayers are always with you, my Sister. Thanks for your friendship as well as the many shared online laughter and tears.
To my good virtual Utopian friend Fiona / Foxy...hugs and kisses to you, my dear..
To Adele, thanks for being there through thick and thin...hugs and kisses to you, mwah :)
To GravityNeko...it's always nice to talk to you. Hugs and kisses to you :)
To another awesome friend, SetoKaiba419, keep up the good work with everything - whether it be fan fiction, original fiction, or life in general. I have absolute faith that you'll be a very good (and rich) published writer. You'll always be in my thoughts and prayers ;-D
To Vappa, thanks for creating a positive-driven Yu-Gi-Oh community called YGO GoodFics.
To the five creative talents under the fanfiction.net username Minor Arcana, thanks for your enthusiasm, reviews, and support. Your stories (especially The Reed, the Lotus, and the High Priest) rock! More power to you, and keep writing.
Kudos to four awesome websites - Edo's and Janime's Yu-Gi-Oh sites, as well as Theria and SakuraCrisis' Yami no Matsuei sites. Thank you for your dedication to the Yu-Gi-Oh and Yami no Matsuei communities, and more power to all four of you.
Kudos also go to Manon for keeping an awesome and active Yahoo!Groups dedicated to Yami no Matsuei. The same goes to the virtual friends that I have met there. Kudos also go to the lovely people who are in AMLA, Pharaoh's Palace, Mirage of Blaze, Children of Night, Crispin Freeman Fansite, and Crispin Freeman Myth Cafe.
Kudos go to Crispin Freeman - such a wonderful voice actor and nice person, Izobel (the ZelGoddess and Crispin's lovely wife), Micki TAP, Sarah, Jenn, Natalie, Kells, and Monica...thank you for keeping the fansites such a wonderful haven for us fans. Luv ya, guys ;-D
Last, but not the least, an equally memorable English teacher - Mrs. Donovan at Harrison High School - once told me that throughout one's academic career, there will always be a class and a professor that stands out among the rest. All of them were tough graders and demanded muchto the point that it drained me, but I sure learned much academically, personally, and spiritually that all the efforts exerted were returned more than its weight in gold.
Mrs. Donovan is my memorable experience in high school. Dr. Cokelez, my Statistics professor, is also the same for me in my undergrad university days. Mrs. Donovan, Dr. Cokelez...thank you both for being such patient and wonderful teachers.
The same kudos go to the lovely souls who made my MBA days at Pepperdine University memorable...Dr. Vance Caesar and soon-to-be Dr. Leslie Evan's Organizational Behavior class. To Vance and Leslie, thank you both for being awesome instructors. To Ben, Anne, Angela, Manny, Adam, Lorna, Gina, and Carrie...thank you guys for being really cool classmates. To Mark, the coolest classmate and poet in our group, many thanks for your introspection and sharing. I have learned so much from each of you, and I am sure that some of us will still be in contact long after our Pepperdine days. All of you have enriched my life in more ways than you or I could ever possibly imagine. Thank you for the unforgettable gifts you have given me, especially our class sharings and our Idyllwild retreat.
