Author has written 17 stories for Harry Potter, Buffy X-overs, Stargate: SG-1, Artemis Fowl, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Star Wars, Naruto, Supernatural, X-Men: The Movie, Avengers, Fullmetal Alchemist, Sherlock, and Daredevil. Hello! This is my new improved bio! This is a mantis watching the ocean. (I'm a wanna' be writer with a fondness for explosions. I'm a terrible speller. Anything else literary to mention about myself? I very much respect all the authors whose (or possibly who's) characters I borrow for stories. I don't make any money writing, so please don't sue. And please stop killing off good characters! Recommended Reading/Watching Books (Teen safe?) I give my readers permission to pelt me with rotten cabbages if I fail! 2015 New Year's Resolution: Construct cabbage shield. 2016 New Year's Resolution: Construct time machine so I can go back and meet previous deadlines! 2017 Still alive, progress make turtles look fast, sigh Progress...kind of... Equivocate (11/2/2016) So I watched Daredevil Season 2, and this happened. Sigh. Not Defenders compliant. Birthright (12/14/15). Working on chapter 5 now. Not Your Kind of Trouble (3/9/2014) Chapter 9 is up! Chapter 10 is probably going to take a while. Invert (3/20/09) Chapter 25 is at 4000 word, about 70 percent complete. The rest of the story is written out on post-it notes in various places of mystery! Seeking the Incomplete (7/21/14) This might end up moving to the back burner in the near future. The chapter just won't go the way I want. A Village Hidden in Hope (11/2/2016) Chapter 14 is at 3000 words, and a new fight scene just happened when I had planned for a more sedate transition, so...yeah. Could be a while. There will be more action though. The Truth Decays: (1/17/2016) Chapter 20 is at 3000 words, about half done. 21, 22 and 23 are about 2000 words each and mostly fight scenes. Hobo Potter, (3/20/09) Chapter 6 is at 2000 words, 70 percent complete! I read book seven and was like what the hell? But I've decided to keep this fic on its original outline, so it will end up a bit un-canon. Oh well. More werewolves for everyone! A Well in the Dead Land, I'm stuck on a battle scene, in which there is far to much talking, revision is needed. Scones Anyone?, Chapter 5 is being revised. I've had to replace a lot of dialogue with explosions. The Demon's Design. Chapter 8 is 80 percent complete. Chapter 9 is at 100 percent. I don't know how that happened. Sigh! On the back burner... These two stories are stalled because of plot issues. The Road Trip, (An HP fic), In Fire Lies Redemption (Another HP fic) They've been on hold because I sort of lost interest in them, and the canon story line moved off one hundred and eighty degrees from how I thought it would go, which really tripped up the plot generating portion of my brain. Completed work ... The Roman Inquisition I've got an outline for a sequel, and a few scenes done, but this probably won't be up for a few months at least. As of 11/22/2015 the sequel is at 7000 words but is mostly outline (with the fight scenes done and not much else). I am thinking I should just stick the sequel onto the existing story and declare it un-complete again. Twelve Bludger Quidditch The Basement It's sequel is in progress... Crumpets Aren't My Style. Complete as of 12/28/05 Thanks to Cat Feral and Hobbitfoot for the spelling assistance. The sequel is in progress too. Wish list of crossovers... Indiana Jones and Fullmetal Alchemist, they both fight Nazis, they both hate snakes, they both have father issues...it would be great! Generation X and Fullmetal Alchemist, probably won't happen since the comic Gen X tanked, but they had a cool collection of freaks. I would really like to see Penance fight Lust, or have Chamber freak out Mustang. Maybe I'll get around to that some day. Jubilee and Ed could compare coats! It would rock! Harry Potter and Starwars,I've got this cool fic planned out where Harry, as a dimensional refugee, meets Anakin in the racing circuits! Harry fights the forces of evil while working as a waiter. If it ever gets published it will be great I assure you! Artemis Fowl and Death Note, Could a teenage master criminal with Elf allies catch a sociopathic genius with a god complex and a death god on his side? Death Note and Supernatural: Dean's death is on someone else's list, so he can't be killed by Kira. Can FBI Agent Henricksen get over himself and work with a man he thinks is a serial killer? L won't give him a choice. Supernatural and Firefly! Dean vs Jayne! You made fun of my hat! Or maybe just an angsty one shot. Firefly and Alien, Shot down by Reavers, the crew ends up on a planet with even bigger problems. The Relic vs Supernatural: Sam and Dean hunt Mbwun in the Everglades, with a creepy albino FBI guy on their tails. Fullmetal Alchemist vs Supernatural: My big brother is cooler. No way. Yes way! My big brother traded his arm and a leg for my life. Well my big brother sold his soul for mine. Show off. My big brother is shorter than me. Mine too! We got off the wrong foot. Let's be friends! Do you like cats? Supernatural and StarTrek(2009): Some Hunter in a Space Suit A sort of StarTrek 4 remake. An alien ship shows up, demanding to speak to Leviathans (rather than whales) or they will destroy the earth. The Enterprise crew goes back in time to find one, based on the ravings of one Frank Devereaux. Supernatural and Avengers: Tony wakes up in a mental hospital, in the wrong body. The only one who believes him is a demented giant who sees Satan and can't sleep. SHIELD is a little concerned when the Winchester brothers return from the dead, again. Harry Potter and Avengers: Pepper is James' Potter's Squib sister. She ends up raising Harry. Harry ends up an unnaturally talented PA. Supernatural and Mary Poppins: Since John would never replace Mary with a new mother, Sam decides he and his brother need a governess. He writes a letter. Supernatural and Man of Steel: Meet the New Boss, Everyone's favorite Hunters hear Zod's "you have 24 hours to turn over Kal-el" broadcast and make their own plans. Set in season three of Supernatural, and heavily influenced by 3:3 Bad Day at Blackrock, Avengers and The Big Bang Theory : A mind controlled Selvig is killed while fleeing the SHIELD base, an Loki needs a replacement physicist to install his portal opening device. He chooses poorly. "What did the Tesserac show you?" "You're in my spot." Daredevil and Person of Interest: The machine gives them the number of blind lawyer who keeps picking fights with the mob. Harold is more than a little worried when the lawyer asks Shaw on a date. "I just don't understand how a blind man knew a highly trained reformed assassin was stalking him. Or that Ms. Shaw likes deli meats with unconscionable amounts of mustard." Daredevil and Deadpool: Wade takes a job to get rid of a lawyer who has been causing trouble for a crime lord, but when Wade sees the guy is a bleeding-heart boy scout, and also blind, he decides to reinterpret his instructions. If the lawyer is chained up in Wade's bathroom, he won't be able to bother the crime lord, and Al will have someone to talk to about...blind things! Everybody wins! Someday Stories... Here are some noncrossover plot bunnies I hope to get around to someday. Supernatural (Set in Season 6, and going back to pre-series) Castiel goes back in time to warn Dean and subvert the apocalypse. He ends up powerless and stuck in Dean's head and gets the teenager diagnosed with schizophrenia. He and a very medicated Dean have to save Sam, and maybe the world too, if they have some spare time. (Set in Season 9 Drama) The angels need a Nephilim's heart for a spell to break back into heaven. They sacrifice a few of their own, and use the grace to pull one forward in time. They end up with a pregnant woman from 1890's, and have to wait 6 more months for the Nephilim to be born. The woman manages to escape, and crosses paths with the Winchesters. They have to decide if they can trust Castiel, or if they have to protect the kid from him. And of course Metatron wants the kid too... (Set in Season 2 Humor) Andy decides to use his mind control powers to make the world a better place. It doesn't go like he planned. (Set in Season 3 Drama) A sister fic that is not a terrible self insert of some sort. Daredevil (Netflix) (Season 1 Drama) Matt gets to the Black Sky before Stick kills him, and now Matt is on run with a child he can't understand. That would have been trouble enough, but then Matt gets a call from Foggy's cell phone. "Told you other people are a liability," Stick said. "Bring me the Black Sky, or I kill this sniveling lump you call a friend." Quotes: (a lot of other people have them, so I suppose I will jump on the bandwagon, though not to excess) Everyone forgets that Icarus also flew. I believe Icarus was not failing when he fell, but just coming to the end of his triumph. -Jack Gilbert (Failing and Flying) Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light. -Dylan Thomas An ocean without its unnamed monsters would be like a completely dreamless sleep. -John Steinbeck Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before. -Mae West 88888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888 P.S. A guest reviewer has been leaving odd political and biblical comments as reviews to stories to which they are not even slightly applicable. These have been removed. This is fanfiction, Guest Reviewer, it's not talk-radio nor is it your twitter account. If he or she keeps it up I will move to signed reviews only, which I hate, because I too am lazy about signing in. |
