A Fate shaped by Magic by Newtinmpls reviews
An apprentice explores magic. Boressean and Gaspar try to prepare her to survive. Mudcrab sub-plot inspired by a story that I can't for the life of me find anymore called "An extra dose of madness". Morrowind based (if you are patient). More slice-of-life than anything else. Complete (yes, I'm shocked too), but a sequel is in the works.

Fire and Ash by harmoniedusoir reviews
"The future cannot be known, and choices may always be made." That may be, but dealing with destiny in an alien land is made all the harder when you have your own demons to face. TES III: Morrowind novelisation (yeah, I know) but in an attempt to truly bring the game to life. Main quest/side quests, Julan Kaushibael spoilers. T for violence. Finished.

Mysterious Morrowind reviews
Despite much playing, including the real life changing playthrough that became Arvil Bren's Journal, there are still parts of this game I've never seen, so I started playing again. And I guess it's a habit, for me playing means writing.

Collected Stories reviews
Sometimes an event in a Civ game inspires me. These stories aren't going to be a cohesive history. They likely won't ever have more than one or two from any single game. They aren't laden with game mechanics or details. They are just stories. Hopefully good ones. Since each one will be able to stand alone I'm marking this complete, but I may add a new one at any time.

Bad Press
A short story set in the X-Universe. Specifically, make that my X-Universe. Many of the characters work for my enterprises and there are facilities depicted that result from my actions in the game, though other facilities are part of every game. There are some references to "me", that is the player, but the player character does not appear in the story at all.
X Universe - Rated: T - English - Sci-Fi/Adventure - Chapters: 1 - Words: 7,922 - Favs: 2 - Follows: 2 - Published: 4/30/2014 - Complete
Out of Morrowind reviews
A tale set in Vvardenfell, in the aftermath of the Oblivion crisis. Contains references to events as my Nerevarine, Arvil Bren, played them. I suggest reading Arvil Bren's Journals first, but it isn't really required.

Coming of Age reviews
The lost Argons, distant descendants of old Earth, try to come to terms with their Terran brothers...who think that having stayed on Earth makes them the authorities even though they have descended just as much. Patrick Henry, an Argon patriot, is recruited as a spy. His insertion into Terran space leads to adventure, wealth, and unexpected maturity.

Trail of the Archmage reviews
Sequel to 'Arvil Bren's Journal'. The title makes me laugh because it reminds me of a favorite line from a favorite movie; "He isn't hard to track, he leaves dead men wherever he goes."
Elder Scroll series - Rated: T - English - Adventure/Fantasy - Chapters: 3 - Words: 50,226 - Reviews: 3 - Favs: 12 - Follows: 5 - Published: 4/17/2012 - Complete
Arvil Bren's Journal reviews
Arvil Bren, a wizard of Breton descent, follows a harrowing path across the mysterious island of Vvardenfell. He is a pawn in a game played by unseen powers, by unknown rules.
