Hi there! I'm Lezlarr!
I would like to take this time to apologize for my long-standing, unannounced hiatus. It was unplanned and unfortunate, mostly due the unforeseen death of my computer when my hard drive over-heated and cracked - destroying many pre-written chapters I had prepared for Play Dead and Been So Long, as well as the schematics for the invented language I was using for How It Should Have Been. Unfortunately, the language is still lost because I loaned the binder with the info to somebody but I just can't remember who, and I lost the digital copy. The chapters I'd prepared are lost as well, but I'm going to do my best to replace them. I appreciate your continued patience and willingness to read my nonsense. Thank you everyone who continued to review even long after it looked like I wasn't going to come back.
I don't write a lot of mushy/gooshy/happy-feel-good-stuff. I like confrontation, action, mystery, and fight scenes.
Taking What is Mine is somehow my most popular. It is a drabble fic that I did under the theme of Black and Blue's Earth Customs challenge. It's suspenseful and graphic, so if you're not into that, avoid it. But it's complete.
HOW IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HAS BEEN UPDATED. Chapter 1 has been redone and replaced. It's a little shoddy right now, but I promise it'll get better. I was just feeling really bad about letting it just rot, so now you have an idea of where I was originally taking the story. Chapter 2 is in the works. Remember, same premise, little bit different story.
Play Dead is my newest DBZ fic. It's an all-human A/U that will focus on Vegeta, a mercenary for the ruthless Lord Frieza, and his fall from grace. It is a B/V fic, but it's not all about romance. It's about secrets, lies, and the holes we dig ourselves into accordingly.
My one-shot collection is interconnected. They all follow the canon storyline, mostly during the breaks of time that DBZ tends to gloss over. In order, as of now, they go Fading, Strange Things, Never Fighting Again, and War Games. More will come, and I'll update this section accordingly.
On that note, my newest addition to the one-shot collection isn't a one-shot. Titled Been So Long, it is easily the most emotional thing I've ever written. I don't want to tell you what it's about, since that would kind of defeat the purpose of this one. But I can say I'm rather proud of it.
Anyways, that's the low-down. I'll see you guys in the funny papers.
