Author has written 2 stories for Elder Scroll series, Baldur's Gate, and Dragon Age.
I'm a 24 year old married gamer gal. I wrote my first fanfiction in 7th grade and turned it in for a short story writing assignment. I think it was a FF7/FF9/Gundam Wing/Legend of Zelda/whatever else I liked crossover, and it was just as bad as you can imagine. But I think I got a B on it. This isn't my first time publishing a fanfic though...my equally awful The Rasmus/original story crossover is out there on the old The Rasmus International Forums unless they purged it. And I hope they did.
I've always liked fanfiction though, and still read it often. I had no idea it was called 'fanfiction' back when I wrote that school assignment. I often 'roleplay' to myself while playing a game and that spawns ideas. My husband calls it 'talking to the tv'. He knew I was insane when he married me. My favorite fanfiction is the bad kind. Good fanfics are hard to find, let's admit it. The bad ones are the most fun, aye? I almost wish I had copies of the badfics I mentioned before just to see the reactions I'd get and how much I've (hopefully) improved. I believe that is how badfic legends spawn, truthfully.
I hope the FF.net community gets a chuckle out of my stories. There are just two at the moment but I have more sitting in my files waiting to be finished. I tend to bounce from one fandom to another (I do have attention deficit-...oooh shiny!) *ahem* so you might see Elder Scrolls stories, Baldur's Gate stories, Fallout 3 stories...all with crude humor and shout outs to other stuff. I am really trying to focus more on my original story, though. And focusing on anything is tough for me. It hurts!
