Author has written 5 stories for Star Wars.
Well, I suppose I may as well say a little something about myself. A blank description is rather depressing, though I find myself at somewhat of a loss as to what I should say. I'm much more a reader than a writer, and originally created this account to leave reviews to stories I've read and follow them for updates. Now I find myself, somewhat surprisingly, an author myself. If anyone is interested, my forte is more in the realm of music videos. I have a YouTube account under this same username and probably hold the record for 'Most Palpatine Tributes' on YouTube. Anyone want to challenge me for the title? Didn't think so:
I've loved to read for years now, though I was not that big a fan when I was very young. The first two books that really interested me in reading were actually both Star Wars books, fitting seeing as I've read more books in that fandom than anything else. My first two were Star Wars: Tales of the Bounty Hunters, edited by Kevin J. Anderson, and Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, written by Steve Perry. While they're not actually my favorite books in the series, they'll always have a special place in my heart for sparking me to start reading. Since then, I've read a lot more Star Wars books (a couple hundred in all, and more coming out every year), Sherlock Holmes, Lord of the Rings, Artemis Fowl, Deltora Quest, Keys to the Kingdom, and numerous stand-alone novels. If any of you recognize the titles, you've probably realized I'm mainly into Science Fiction and Fantasy, with a little Mystery on the side. Only recently, relatively speaking, have I gotten into FanFiction. I never really considered it before, but now I've found that I enjoy them as much as 'official' books. They offer so many alternatives to the canon story. I've never really sought them out previously, but now I find myself collecting quite the library of them.
If anyone is interested in the covers I've made for stories here, as well other artwork like my YouTube thumbnails, I do have a DeviantArt account:
I might talk a little about how I actually read the stories I review. I don't actually read them online. I really only started reading FanFiction after I got my eReader (originally a Nook, but now just a tablet using the CoolReader app) and I do pretty much all my reading there or on my computer.
As to the stories I've written, I suppose I can give a little more details on them:
In addition to what I've posted, I am working on another story. This one is actually under the Once Upon a Time fandom. It's a Rumpelstiltkin/Belle story taking place chronologically from the Enchanted Forest events in 'Skin Deep' all the way to the end of Season 3. Unfortunately, this is a massive undertaking, which means that it'll be a very long time before I'll be done. As with Culmination and any novel-length stories I'd write, I won't post anything until they're finished. I know from personal experience that there's nothing as frustrating as an unfinished story, and waiting will let me ensure a more cohesive plot. I can say that I already have 35 chapters done (around 95,000 words), and I'm not even a quarter finished. When it is done, it should dwarf my previous works.
