Author has written 6 stories for Sherlock.
I found FanFiction.net sometime in April 2012 when I was looking for information on Sherlock (BBC).
I have long been a fan of Arthur Conan Doyle, and was first introduced to Sherlock Holmes through the Granada version with Jeremy Brett.
It wasn't until late 2011 that I found the updated version by Moffat and Gatiss on Netflix.
In the process of looking up more information about the BBC Sherlock, I stumbled across this thing called "fan fiction" I had no idea it existed, but I had been working on one of my now published stories on my computer, just trying to get it out of my head. After reading many, many great stories on here, I joined in order to bookmark some of them. And then I finally got up the guts to start publishing some of my own ideas.
I have no shortage of ideas at the moment that could be developed into stories, but rather a shortage of time as I am a wife and a mother of two darling kids. My husband thinks I am obsessed. (I am) But he just laughs and is thankful that I am not using HIS computer for reading and writing fanfic! :)
A quick note about my original characters:
I own nothing else... the rest belong to ACD/Moffat/Gatiss, including Bill Murray who makes his appearance in several of my stories.
Note about my stories:
All my stories are in the same "universe" that I am building and adding to with each story. (Note: as of my story "In Between" it is now a slight AU, only because of how the storyline went in Season 3, though I continue to try to keep Sherlock and John in character as much as possible to the series) If I ever write one that is unrelated, I will make sure to note it, to let you know. Otherwise they all fit in the timeline below. I pulled dates from the "John Watson blog" the BBC has linked with the show, with some help from a fellow writer, Lady Sam Mallory. (If you haven't read any of her stories, don't miss out. They are amazing!!!) I also watched "The Reichenbach Fall" paying attention to the timeline they gave very closely. You will see why below, as my stories "Afghanistan Comes Home" and "Returning Home" are slipped in between "The Hound" and "Reichenbach."
My stories are in bold, the episodes in italics, and any events specific to episodes are in regular type.
