Author has written 6 stories for Stargate: Atlantis, Ghost Ship, Band of Brothers, and Timeless.
First and most importantly, I love hearing from people. If there's something you want to know, just ask. I enjoy hearing from my readers, and usually respond as soon as I can!
I have many interests and hobbies. I am a CPhT, photographer, writer, mother, wife, gamer.
I play all sorts of games, be it tabletop, console, or PC. I am currently playing Stardew Valley on PS4, Fantasy Life on 3DS, Guild Wars 2 on PC, and have a huge stack of board games that I still need to put away from the last time they were played. I've even made a few of my own tabletop games, but I need to work out the kinks on those.
I don't have TV services, except for Hulu and Amazon Prime, so I'm behind on a lot of the fandoms out there. I do enjoy Supernatural, Merlin, Sherlock, True Blood, Seaquest, Earth2, and even some cooking shows and such. There really isn't much out there that I'm not a fan of. Same applies to movies - not much that I see that I find horrible.
I love to read, which helps stimulate the need to write. There are a few books that I have shelved because I either figured out the ending to the book too soon, the book got to be too wordy, or my eyes glossed over! I'm sure I'll go back and attempt to finish reading them, but for now, I'm holding off. I have about 5 books currently in a shopping cart online, waiting to be ordered, and a stack of twice that on my bedside table, waiting to be read.
I love music. I find that it helps with writing. Most of the chapter names that I have, not all, but the majority of them, are song titles. They aren't necessarily the songs that I was listening to when writing them, but the titles fit the chapter's scenes. I'm weird that way, I suppose.
I have been asked to help collaborate on other stories as well as being an editor for non-English speaking natives to make sure their stories flow and make sense in English. It's been fun, challenging, yet completely rewarding and humbling experience. I think that it helps me realize that I am not a terrible author and helps me continue forward with my own work. It's quite inspiring, to be honest.
Otherwise, I'm an open book. Feel free to drop me a line, and I'll respond when I can.
Oh, and one last thing to address: Disclaimers... As always, the original works are not mine, but the characters and story lines that I have added to them are.
