Author has written 1 story for DragonVale.
I'm Sparkvine. I have a cool name, I love DragonVale, and I'm probably not going to do much other than write about it. (On a side note, if you like my stories, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE support them! A one-sentence review is much better than no review at all.)
What people don't realize is that DragonVale is a perfect game to write fanfiction for. It's not too complex, and certainly not popular, but it still has a lot (and I mean A LOT) of backstory that can be elaborated on. (Shrines, legends, places, events, people.) It even leaves room to elaborate; to add things that aren't in the game. (Just look at the phantom dragon pasta to see that.) Of course, The Dragon Games doesn't do much of that. I have another, better fanfic planned, but I want all of the Gemstone Dragons to come out first, so I'll try to work on this one till April. Also, just a note: I think my other one's going to be a lot darker, so the rating might go pretty far up from The Dragon Games.
Info about my next fanfic (in case you people are dying to find out): It'll be set in post-apocalyptic DragonVale, after a dragon revolt overthrows the wizard government and then the core of all magic is destroyed. Suddenly, dragons and wizards alike lose their immortality, and there is only one way to restore peace. Here's a warning in advance: This will be gory, several characters will die, and it'll probably ruin your happy-go-lucky perception of DragonVale forever (the story is built upon the idea that dragons are forced into slavery by wizards, which The Dragon Games touches upon, but doesn't really elaborate on.)
