Hello. My name is Pookie (just don't ever call me that), I'm 15, I live in Michigan. I like dogs, especially Irish Wolfhounds.
Gellert was the the dog of a Welsh prince who prized his hounds with great value. But one day he went hunting with his other dogs and left Gellert with his infant child, when he returned from the hunt he came into the nursery he found that the cradle was empty and that there was blood on Gellert's muzzle. So he took his sword and killed him. As the prince slew him, the hound howled and awoke the baby that was lieing under the cradle next to the body of a wolf that Gellert had killed defending the princes child. After seeing the body of the wolf the prince grew sad for the hound had been faithful defending his family and he had wrongfully killed him.
I like this story because its poingant.

Read the stories by my sister Oddwen. They are great. (She's heard the story of Gellert, only she heard it was an ELEPHANT that guarded the baby of an Indian couple from Hyenas, but they didn't kill the elephant.)

Lloyd=Grey, Trilby=Hat. Thusly, Lloyd Trilby means "Grey Hat", who is the subject of my first uploaded story. Gandalf's grey hat Lloyd goes missing. What lengths will he go to to get him back?
