Fanfiction has always been a guilty pleasure. I also have a second profile and an Archive of Our Own profile (deleria).

To ANYONE who takes the time to review: Thank you. Seriously. Even if you only left a one-word review (like 'nice' or 'great' or 'awful!'), it is always good to know that someone is reading and (hopefully) enjoying what I wrote. I look at fanfiction as a means to improve one's writing style, but my motivation to write isn't just to get better at it -- I simply like to tell stories. I get seriously nervous every time I post a new story or chapter so the fact that YOU might like something I wrote really does make my day.

Long story short: thank you for letting me know that you're out there and reading. I really do appreciate it.

General Update (February 2023): I started a new fic, but it's over at archiveofourown . com / users / deleria -- and it's for FFXIV. I've only posted a few chapters and it's a (slow) work in progress. I may eventually post the story here, too.

(January 2018): Veritas is done. If I get some crazy idea for how to continue it, I might do that, but I have nothing planned.

In the rare moments that I have free time, I have been attempting to polish some of my old fics (Double Helix, Duende, Catharsis, etc.). There's a lot there that needs polishing so it's daunting work. I mostly hate my old fics, but I leave them up because I can see how my writing has changed over time. But, yeah. If you read my old stuff -- sorry. I know it's not great.

That said, I still do not plan to write a sequel to Dawning. Honestly, the story feels done to me. However, I do have a bunch of "deleted" scenes from 'Dawning' -- scenes that either didn't fit with the overall flow of whatever chapter they were supposed to be part of OR didn't make the final edit. I have posted some of those scenes on my tumblr page ().

Story Cover Art: The cover art for Catharsis was done by Irka-chan back in 2003 (?) and it was specifically done for chapter nine ("Reality"). She sent me several pieces of fan-art for Catharsis but I've been having a heck of a time finding it all (which bums me out). :(

The cover art for Duende was also done by Irka-chan. You can see more of her excellent artwork on her website (www . irka . com . ar/ irka_fanart.htm).

The cover art for Ascendancy -- I have no idea who drew that. If you're the artist for that particular drawing and DON'T want me to use it, please let me know and I will respect your wishes and remove it. Otherwise, please know that I use your artwork because I think it's awesome and I would absolutely credit you if I knew who you were. :)
