Just wanted to give a little thank you to all of the readers who've put up with my lazy writing over the years. Recently, I've been trying to procrastinate less, but I know my effort has been long overdue. Whoever has stuck with me until now, you guys are the greatest, and I'll try my best to update efficiently from here on out.
Currently, I'm focusing solely on "Circus", but I haven't made the decision to discontinue any of my other fanfics besides "Sakura Petals". Who knows, one day maybe I'll get back into them.
So I have a really long profile page because when I created this account a number of years ago, I felt the need to copy n paste anything I found minutely interesting. Scrolling down there are some things I still smile at and some things that are just cringeworthy, but I won't bother picking out flaws and will let you guys enjoy my profile in all of its raw, untouched glory :) I do update my age and occasionally add a few animes to the list, and the 'Important Message' also still holds true, if anyone is willing.
Here's a little bit about me:
Name: Call me Momo, Momo-chan, whatever you like.
Gender: Girl, last I checked.
If you're not afraid to talk to random people on the internet (I promise I won't stalk you), then feel free to PM me! You can consult me with problems or questions or just random things that you feel like saying. I'm a very open person, so I like interacting with other people. Even if you just need someone to talk to, whether its about public or personal matters, you can come to me! I'll try to help the best I can!
I personally dislike harem animes so I choose not to watch them; therefore, you will not be seeing any of those on my anime list.
Here's the animes that I've watched so far & commentary:
Gakuen Alice (funny and cute and tragic sometimes, great fanfic material, manga was amazing until the end)
Yumeiro Patissiere (cakes cakes cakes I love cakes; only baking anime I've finished and I'm convinced it's still the best)
Ultra Maniac (I remember it was good *shrugs*)
Neo Angelique Abyss (eh reverse harems eh)
Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream (somehow really attracted to their skating routines but didn't like the second or third season.)
Ouran Highschool Host Club (simply hilarious; everyone knows this one)
Fushigi Boshi no Futago Hime (childish...really childish)
Fruits Basket (touching, manga was great)
Daa! Daa! Daa! (older animation style, but the cutest thing ever)
Shugo Chara! (one of my first animes, kinda repetitive but I guess that's the format of these kiddie magical girl animes; sad because tadamu never happened but would probably ship amuto if rewatched)
Kaichou wa Maid-sama! (great romance, every girl should watch, squeal-worthy)
La Corda D'Oro (more reverse harem, but I loved the musical concept)
Full Moon wo Sagashite (really touching, my first taste of Arina Tanemura, who I still admire)
Kaze no Stigma (good action romance, interesting plot and characters)
Elemental Gelade (too long ago don't remember much; try it out, I guess; strong guy girl with supernatural powers)
Special A (cute and hilarious)
Kirarin Revolution (idol anime, childish and repetitive, drags on a lot, tries 3D animation on episode 100 and fails terribly, stopped watching after that)
Murder Princess (best six episode anime ever, not that there are many to begin with, but it was good)
Tokyo Mew Mew (frustrating and annoying; apologies, but if I got a dollar every single time I wanted to punch Ichigo I'd be a millionaire)
Shikabane Hime (Mild horror, I guess, since I tolerated it as a child (using my hands to cover the screen sometimes), but good)
Sword Art Online (becomes eh when it gets to Alfheim, Asuna's badass level unfortunately drops along with my interest in the series)
Kamichama Karin (mind-blowing plot despite innocent appearance)
Lovely Complex (hilarious, hilarious and more hilarious romance)
Clannad & Clannad: After Story (heart-wrenching and beautiful; the eyes bothered me a little bit at first, but you get used to them)
Avatar: The Last Airbender (not a Japanese anime, but I still love it. Sorry, Korra can't compare.)
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun (hilarious and cute and dramatic and amazing, the manga was one of the best shoujos I've read)
Arcana Famiglia (one of my more liked reverse harems because the girl can actually do something)
Amnesia (reverse harem again, but with a pretty interesting development despite having a very unresponsive heroine)
Cardcaptor Sakura (loved this a lot, it was childish but serious at the same time and the ship is so strong)
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles (loved collaboration of Clamp creations and the mind-blowing plot and the ship; has a dark turn, prepare your feels)
Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzuu (childish but I enjoyed; three detective girls)
Kimi ni Todoke (most awkward and sweet romance ever, squeal-worthy)
Kuroshitsuji (actually I only read the manga but the manga is great, I know it's completely different from the anime though)
Kodomo no Omocha (only manga again, the manga was good, if I remember correctly)
Fairy Tail (one of the most epic animes of all time, started getting into shounen at this point; but now I've lost my feel for it and I've only watched like five episodes in the 2014 anime)
Soul Eater (loved it, shounen animes were really hitting it off with me)
Death Note (loved the sinisiter plot and L and the complicatedly clever mystery)
Katekyo Hitman Reborn (on par with Fairy Tail; mafias no longer have a negative connotation for me and that's not good; I gotta constantly remind myself that real mafias are different; don't worry the animation gets a LOT better as you go along)
Noragami (another amazing one, manga is awesome too; rooting for Yato x Hiyori with everything I have)
Attack on Titan (bloody and gory, Eren gets annoying sometimes lol, I've only watched the anime despite friend's pestering but I probably don't need to tell most of you that it's good)
No. 6 (the first and probably only shounen ai anime I will ever watch but I really liked it, the entire plot is great (nothing against shounen ai or yaoi, just not really my thing))
Free! Iwatobi Swim Club (actually I lied, I watched this before No. 6; only the first season; never got into it, too many raging fangirls making me imagine things that I preferred not to see) (again, nothing against yaoi, but...)
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (liked it much more than FMA, I'm a sucker for happy endings, another great shounen)
Zetsuen no Tempest (very intriguing, the plot and art is wonderful; has a dark mystery)
Pupa (read the manga, short but really disturbing haha, for older audiences; gore and cannibalism)
Deadman Wonderland (In progress, looking good so far)
Akame ga Kiru (bloody and gory, though I mostly read the manga, it's pretty good; MCs die a lot in this series so be warned)
Naruto (started a long time ago, stopped, went back to finish after the manga ended, still can't believe it ended; not a dedicated fan tho)
Magi (Hakuryuu is my child, Morgiana is my goddess, Alibaba is an idiot, and Aladdin is the powerful chibi; much love for this series, conflicted ship)
Tokyo Ghoul (bloody and gory but so good, watch the uncensored version for your own pleasure, touken ship ship ship)
D. Gray Man (One of the greatest of the legendary franchises, beautiful art and beautiful story and beautiful characters, thank god the mangaka is finally off hiatus)
Akatsuki no Yona (by far my fav reverse harem because it's not really a reverse harem; I read the manga before it became popular and now I'm so proud of it for coming so far; Hak x Yona forever)
Sket Dance! (hilarious school-life-based anime with really interesting characters; a trio of troublemakers)
Fate Zero (ERMAGERD WHAT IS THE MEANING OF LIFE; traumatizing, messes with your head and feels, but pure genius)
Fate Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works (eh it can't compare to Fate Zero; maybe I'm weird but I'm not a big fan of Shirou. Or Tohsaka.)
Macross Frontier (somehow this anime managed to combine idols, mecha, action, romance, and a bunch of other genres and still retain its epicness; only idol anime I will ever really respect; I'm not into idol anime girls, you see, but Sheryl Nome is the sole exception)
Arslan Senki (good stuff good stuff, more serious and realistic but has its funny moments, FMA art)
Hakuouki (I think this is the only true reverse harem that I will ever like because it focused less on the romantic aspect than the historical aspect, but still had lots of hot bishies and squeal-worthy moments; AND the girl actually does things kinda)
Hakkenden: Touhou Hakken Ibun (LOVED the art in this one, hot guys everywhere; the plot was good, but not super memorable; not a romance)
Mawaru Penguindrum (this one messed with my head a lot, plot twists everywhere, I remember the ending was kinda unsatisfying but it's still worth watching)
Nobunaga the Fool (eh, this was okay...nothing special but not too bad either)
Gugure! Kokkuri-san (lot of wtfs in every episode, laugh-out-loud comedy, good series to pick up your day)
Pandora Hearts (no words great enough to describe this manga/anime; love it so damn much; always rooting for Oz x Alice but I accept their actual relationship too; WARNING: MIND WILL BE BLOWN. YOU WILL ALSO CRY. A LOT.)
Psycho Pass (PSYCHOLOGICAL THRILLER AND AN EFFING ROLLERCOASTER RIDE; FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER GASPED OUT LOUD WHILE WATCHING AN ANIME; BEWARE EXPLODING BODIES; THIS ANIME CHANGED MY LIFE; I LOVE KOUGAMI X AKANE SO MUCH IT HURTS; PLOT TWISTS EVERYWHERE THOSE LITTLE SHITS)
Haikyu! (first time I have ever loved a sports anime so much; the characters are all adorable; the volleyball is real, and I do like me some volleyball; super inspirational and exciting and hilarious every episode, definitely wished I'd watched it sooner)
One-Punch Man (Okay so I'm not as huge of a fan of this series as maybe I should be but I know it's hilarious and I know it's great and yet I still don't take the initiative to continue watching after the fourth episode. Idk man.)
Aldnoah Zero (This one has surprisingly gotten a lot of hate but I personally loved it. In my opinion it does a pretty good job in the space mecha department. The storyline was good too. I have yet to watch Season 2 though.)
Nanatsu no Taizai (I really really liked this series. I brought back some of the excitement I felt during my old Fairy Tail days. It had all the things that make up a shounen anime yet it was unique and drew me right in. I didn't even care so much that Elizabeth served as the typical 'damsel in distress' because one, she was not always completely helpless, and two, the other amazing female characters kept my interest in her place)
Red Data Girl (honestly this had so much potential and I was devastated when I found out there wasn't a second season because I was SO EXCITED to see how the main charas would develop since they finally kinda showed their feelings for each other. But noooo, there is no second season.)
Norn9: Norn Nonet (Alright, first reverse harem after a while and it started out with potential bc the girl had freaking FIRE power and not something passive like healing abilities that girls usually have when it comes to supernatural reverse harems. Also there were two other girls with their own love interests so that was different. Buuuut, it didn't turn out to be all that great in the end. *sighs*)
Ajin (this anime could've been cliche in so many ways but it wasn't; the characters were so interesting and I loved every surprise and twist. The premise of this anime is already interesting in itself, and the show left nothing more to be wanted. Except a second season, which is coming out in October, which I'm very excited for.)
Seirei no Moribito (very original because it has a super strong female lead who serves as a bodyguard and that is just hella cool; set in a supernatural historical setting; absolutely loved this series; also it's on Netflix, so very convenient)
Ansatsu no Kyoushitsu (get ready for plots twists because this show has HELLA PLOT TWISTS; all of the character designs are great and OMFG Koro-sensei and Karma are to die for and Nagisa is also kickass and I just can't because it was so good; also I cried at the end literally rollercoaster of emotions)
Subcategory: Anime Movies
Wolf Children (the most touching and heartwarming thing I've ever seen in my life, perfect for Mother's Day)
Hotarubi no Mori e (I cry everytime, short and bittersweet and I totally recommend it)
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (a really interesting concept; when time-travel goes terribly wrong; high-school setting with adolescent girl hormones)
5 Centimeters Per Second (the plot literally moves 5cm/s; kinda dull, but I got through it; never caught the climax of the movie cuz there wasn't one; wouldn't watch again; BUT the animation was absolutely breathtaking)
Neppuu Kairiku Bushi Road (cute, I guess, but nothing too special; it didn't leave a lasting impression on me)
Origin: Spirits of the Past (pretty good; interesting concept; girl from the past)
Children Who Chase Lost Voices (I liked this one a lot, it had a great story; girl finds hidden world)
The Place Promised in Our Early Days (I don't...really know how to feel about this one. It was kinda slow-paced, but it wasn't boring like 5cm/s; I remember it got confusing sometimes; it's like there's a really deep and heart-wrenching plot underneath a calm surface, but you have to get it or else the whole anime is just like what is happening)
Summer Wars (nice and refreshing, but it gets exciting later too; worth watching)
Whisper of the Heart (Studio Ghibli, what do you expect? Ofc it was amazing; I loved it all)
Nerawareta Gakuen (Okay I'm a sucker for romance so the couple was really cute and heart-breaking but the plot itself was...weird? Rushed? Idk.)
Kimi no Na wa (it starts off all cute and innocent and you think 'oh, how nice' and then it just KILLS YOU RIGHT THE HEART AND RIPS AWAY YOUR SOUL AND YOU WILL CRY UNTIL YOU HAVE TEARS NO MORE)
Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children (Okay, I know this isn't really an anime but I've become FF7 trash so I'm putting it here anyway; and yes, the movie was great I'm proud of you Square Enix; get the Complete version though, it's much better)
Spirited Away (starting Miyazaki movies now, commentary will stay short because they are all AMAZING) (but spirited away is my personal fav)
Howl's Moving Castle (AMAZING)
Laputa: Castle in the Sky (AMAZING)
The Secret World of Arrietty (AMAZING)
Princess Mononoke (AMAZING)
I would list all the manga I've read, but my current list goes up to 525 (not to brag or anything) so I'll spare myself from that; many of them have corresponding animes mentioned above; a good majority are shoujo mangas (I swear I am basically a walking shoujo manga encyclopedia)
See, this is where all my time goes...but if anyone has any more suggestions, you can PM me!
This is really sweet...
When a girl is quiet, a million things are running through her mind.
When a girl is not arguing, she is thinking deeply.
When a girl looks at you with her eyes full of question, she is wondering how long you will be around.
When a girl answers "I'm fine." after a few seconds, she is not fine at all.
When a girl stares at you, she is wondering why you are lying.
When a girl rests her head on your chest, she is wishing for you to be her's forever.
When a girl wants to see you everday, she wants to be pampered.
When a girl says "I love you." she means it.
When a girl says "I miss you." nobody could miss you more than that.
Life only comes around once, so make sure you spend it with the right person.
Find a guy who calls you beautiful instead of hot, and calls you back when you hang up on him.
The guy who will stay awake just to watch you sleep.
Wait for the guy who kisses your forehead,
Who wants to show you off to the world when you are in your sweats.
The one who holds your hand in front of his friends and is constantly reminding you of how much he cares about you and how lucky he is to have you there for him.
The one who turns to his friends and declares "That's her.".
Always remember these things when searching for your "special someone"

Girl: Do I ever cross your mind?
Girl: Do you like me?
Girl: Do you want me?
Girl: Would you cry if I left?
Girl: Would you live for me?
Girl: Would you do anything for me?
Girl: Choose--me or your life

The reason why I don't like you is because I love you.
The reason I don't want you is because I need you.
The reason I wouldn't cry if you left is because I would die if you left.
The reason I wouldn't live for you is because I would die for you.
The reason why I'm not willing to do you anything for you is because I would do everything for you.
The reason I chose my life is because you ARE my life.

A girl and guy were speeding over 100mph on a motorcycle
Girl: Slow down, I'm scared!
Guy: No, this is fun.
Girl: No, it's not. Please, I'm scared.
Guy: Then tell me you love me.
Girl: I love you, now slow down!
Guy: Now give me a big hug.
She gives him a big hug
Guy: Can you take off my helmet and put it on yourself, it's bothering me.
In the newspaper the next day, a motorcycle had crashed into a building because of break failure. Two people were on it and only one survived. The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized his break wasn't working but he didn't want the girl to know. Instead he had her hug him and tell him one last time that she loved him. Then he had her put on his helmet so that she could live. If you would do this for a loved one copy and paste.

One day, a man jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge.
When the police went searching through his house afterwards, they found a note.
'Today I will walk to the bridge. If anyone smiles at me, I won't jump.'
Always smile. You never know how much it could mean to that one person.

On a bar of Dial soap -- "Directions: Use like regular soap,"
On some Swanson frozen dinners -- "Serving suggestion: Defrost."
On Tesco's Tiramisu dessert (printed on bottom) -- "Do not turn upside down."
On Marks & Spencer Bread Pudding -- "Product will be hot after heating."
On packaging for a Rowena iron -- "Do not iron clothes on body."
