Well. This is me. I've only written for Harry Potter so far, but I'm a huge fan of anything by Diana Wynne Jones, and of Sherlock and Doctor Who. And sometimes Torchwood. It's just really hard to write decent fan fiction for a TV show, since you can't read how the characters are described, so there's no typical style associated with them.

You probably don't need to know anything about me, but if you want to know, I'm from California (the US, the Earth, Solar System, Universe, etc.), but I've read far more English literature than is good for me. Honestly. Tons of people tell me I sound like I'm from somewhere in the UK. I've always written fan fiction in my head, but only recently figured out that that's what it was. I write to procrastinate, and I will procrastinate 'til the end of time, and probably after that.

My favorite ships for HP are James/Lily and Remus/Sirius, but I'm completely incapable of writing romance well. I honestly will stop reading if there are too many grammatical errors in a story, but if it's well written I'll read anything at all. Except possibly incest. Maybe even that. It would have to be really well written. But Voldemort with anyone is just unlikely. Sorry. I think my favorite character of all time is Dumbledore, with Lupin and Snape fighting for second place.
