I've always loved how you humans gone to describe the origins of humanity. The multitudes of religions and non-theistic theories that I've read from one earth alone has entertained me for quite sometime. The blood that's been shed, the wars that have spawned, the tragedies that have birthed, all from one little argument.
Where did you come from?
It's a shame really, that none of your religions have ever gotten us right. The closest that any belief has ever come close to describing us was that of the Christian faith.
Yes, most know the story, the god of ultimate creation came to create everything within the span seven days. Birds, trees, humans, souls.
Its almost insulting now that I think about it.
As similar as that story was to our own existence, I must confess that they only scratched the surface and forgot to look beyond the veil of their creators. What really happened, did they?
No, I suppose not.
Our story began just as their book described it. In the beginning, there was nothingness and then it emerged. The perfect being, or God as you humans called him, created light, darkness, atoms, physics, everything that exists today came from him. The seven days weren't really seven days, no, no, they were far longer than that. The perfect being experimented day and night for several billion years to seeking a ways to stave off his boredom. Yes, you did heard me right.
For what else could a perfect entity do? Destroy nothingness?
Continuing on, he eventually made your kind, a creature in his image as you called it. He made you imperfect as so that his perfection could be recognized and worshiped. He created the first earth.
And then, something happened.
It was said that his perfection had become his fuel for his arrogance, for on the seventh day he “rested,” but, unknowingly, he would not come to awaken from his slumber. His form split into seven polar bodies of imperfection.
Do we even care?
No, we don't, for his age had now passed and our age had begun.
We were born as the split forms of his perfection, yet became wholes of our own. Our powers expanded and we created worlds upon worlds, universes beyond universes, sanctions upon sanctions. Light, Dark, Elements, Flesh, Law, Time, and Souls were under our command as we caused chaos all to appease the boredom within our divided wholes.
But of course, things change for even immortal gods of creation can learn to curb their amusement.
We waited, looking off into the vast emptiness that would never be explored for hundreds or thousands of years. We kept to ourselves, leaving you mortals in the dust and letting ourselves tear our sanity apart.
And then, all at once, we all brewed the same thought that would save us from our troubles.
You would not be our sources, no, but we could always make more of you.
And create we did.
So yea about me
I'm just an dude that likes drawing crap and writing stories
Update dates are random but fairly frequent, I tend to have a thing where if I start a story I can't help but write it until I face a dead end or feel unobligated to continue writing so keep reviewing and stuff
