Author has written 20 stories for Bones.
I never really considered myself to be that creative and definitely not a "writer" though my husband and kids (all six of them and two son-in-laws) would argue the point. I suppose since it's been years now since I posted my first story I may have to concede the point. Truth, I'm stubborn so that probably won't happen anytime soon. I definitely pale in comparison to the creative prowess of my husband and children. Their art, music, lyrics, animations, scripts, novels, poetry, acting, short films, movies, etc swirl around me all the time. I am in the center of some kind of creative vortex! and at times have been known to say that our family is masochistically creative - creative to our own detriment LOL
I have some health problems (Ankylosing Spondylitis - say that 3x fast) and Rheumatoid Arthritis and discovered Bones when I caught pneumonia and was sick for months. My husband and older kids pushed me to watch it on Netflix. I am so glad I did. I just couldn't get enough. Then I branched out and started reading the amazing stories on here. I still can't get enough. I suppose stripped of science I am very much a Brennan (I'm very rational/logical) and my husband is very much a Booth. I married well.
I guess as long as I'm coming clean, D G Schneider is not my real name, well, it is sort of my real name. I'm adopted and it's my birth name.
I would never have found the confidence to write a story or post it or make a profile without my husband pushing me and the support and friendship of givesup (shhhh don't tell her but she is one I claim as an unofficially adopted daughter). They pried my fingers off the dead center of my comfort zone and got me step out onto the edge. I love them for it!
