Hello, fellow users (and non-users)
Basic info: Just your average teenage guy with an affinity for writing. I'm a decent proofreader, I'm pretty good with ideas, I'm excellent at creating OCs, I can pinch-write for you if you want, and I usually help people who want my help... so PM me if you need anything.
I will be writing stories about quite a few things, including Avatar: the last Airbender/ The Legend of Korra; Phineas and Ferb, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and practically anything other material I feel I can write a fanfiction about. That limits the possibilities, but oh, well. I'll try to get something up soon.
Also, I'm a slow writer, so don't think I've given up if I don't update my stories in a while... sorry for the inconvenience.
Little tidbits about Fanfiction I approve of:
"Write a whole storyline around an OC character and no one bats an eye. Mention a romance between two existent characters and everyone loses their minds!" -Heath Ledger's the Joker, The Dark Knight, Misquoted.
"The Triforce of Fanfiction is as such- There is the Triforce of Creativity, the spark and inspiration to do something different from the writers that came before. There is the Triforce of Consistency, those who update meticulously and never lose sight of their update schedule. Finally, and least common, is the Triforce of Proof, the rare group whose fanfiction is perfectly spotless of any flaws in either grammar or format. I've heard legends that the third section might be just a myth."
"Crackshippings? Give me a break. They're perfectly normal if one goes without sleep for long enough to want to write them."
"Fanfiction is like a guild. It is a place where many people, with different backgrounds, come together with a common goal. They put out their best efforts and strive to be better, all the while working with others to become better, themselves. Certainly, there is bound to be some conflict, and some of those in the guild are legendary and well-known, even outside of their own area of expertise. But, when it comes down to it, we're all a family, and that's what matters most."
(Feel free to quote me... just try not to insult my odd mind while doing so, alright?)
I've made the perhaps upsetting choice to put a lot of my older stories on hiatus, as they are liable to be shifted/changed/redone once I have the time.
Projects I'm still working on:
Instrument of Wrath (it's got a lot of promise)
I.D.E.A.S. (So much can be done with this...)
Chaos of War (Can't give this up now...)
Virtual Ultimatum (We need more roleplayers!)
Just One Dance (Just give me time to find the chapter that I had written and we can continue)
To be revisited:
The Last Blazebender (revising the backstory for these characters takes time)
Radiant School of Pokemon (once I get inspiration, I should finish the next chapter)
As for the rest, their fate is undecided.
Until the next sporadic chapter...
