My current fics are on hold for the moment. Sorry guys...just finding so little time and energy to craft them. Being an adult sucks rotten cucumber. Ugh, that's disgusting I apologise.

I probably won't be finishing "Harem" properly. I might still stick a gecko ending on it just for some closure. I started off the fic pretty well, but I made the mistake of complicating the plots and pairings far too much with unneeded wackiness. I did learn a lot from writing this one though, mainly in the sense that I needed to stick a little closer to the subject of it, in this case I should've maintained it as a laid-back goofy harem story with the expected, but comfortable hijinx. In short I built a house of cards far too elaborate to stay standing for too long.

PERSONAL NOTE: I love America. If my mum and dad are my home of Australia, the US of A is my greatest friend. Which is why I'm really saddened and worried about the current state of things over there. That political divide that sees one side continuously refuse to see reason or want discussion, the increasingly poor government candidates that do nothing but stoke that hatred, the ridiculous pantheon of victim-culture that claims to be of free will but seem ironically fascist...

What happened to you my friend? I know you're still somewhere in there, that red white and blue heart of patriotism that I love so much. But this era of of awful censorship, bullying for wrongthink, and general fakeness has done a number on simply being proud of who you are.

I can't see where this climate is going exactly, but I believe in the Heart of true Americans. The ones who believe in real equality, not the ones who use race and status to judge and attack. The ones who love their neighbours, not seek to divide themselves into social bubbles that reek of hypocrisy and delusion.

America will always be strong at its core. I understand its true people are sick of all the bullshit going on. Whatever happens, the average Jane's and Joe's will set the path right. Freedom cannot be censored.

Be strong, brave America! Don't let them tread on you!

ANOTHER PERSONAL NOTE(Coarse Language Warning): I'm not one to swear personally much at all, but holy fucking Christ did I hate Star Wars the Last Jedi. It was more than just a shitty movie, the prequels were kind of shitty but still entertaining with flashes of brilliance, but this latest goddamn shit on a stick...ARGH! It felt like a personal attack! It's stupid PC agenda bullshit kept on AND I MEAN KEPT ON getting in the way of allowing anything actually interesting to happen. All these stupid purse puppy characters like Rose, Holdo, and now Rey were absolutely annoying at the least and utterly vile at the worst. Po was my husbando (Oscar Isaac, hi...), he was my favourite in the Awakens, but what they did to him in this movie, goddamn! When Holdo gets in his face and is like "I know your type cocky flyboy etc", I had to stop myself from getting up from my seat to punch her in the teeth. They wanted to represent women as strong? They totally fucked that up. They made us seem like incompetent freaks who get people killed and put everyone else in danger.

And Luke...my Hero Luke who I crushed on all those years ago. I'm not going to go into it lest I actually get depressed.

The Last Jedi is non-canon. That's that. It's just a movie so there's no rules in pretending something didn't happen. Fantasy, y'know?

Anyone want a real sequel to your beloved Galaxy Far Far Away? Read some of the excellent EU novels. In fact, I'm going to do that myself just to purge this filth from my memory.

Kathleen Kennedy and Rian Johnson, you have done a great disservice to Star Wars and Women everywhere. Shame! Shame!
