Author has written 13 stories for Gilligan's Island, Rise of the Guardians, How to Train Your Dragon, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and Harry Potter.
Hi! I like the internet. Um, What should I say? I don't want a really long profile or anything (I know some people delight in that. :D) so I'll try to keep this down to me, fanfiction, and writing.
My penname is a mythological reference! Here, I'll explain it, in case you don't know Greek Mythology: Demeter, the goddess of Agriculture, had a daughter named Persephone. Hades, the god of the Dead, kidnapped her. She ate a pomegranate, (just six seeds, but it was enough) and she's forced to be Hades's queen for six months of the year (Winter, that is). Hades' realm is underground, so... Persephone Underhill. :D
Call me whatever you want! Sky, Persephone, Aradia, Seph, anything. (Right now, my preference is Persephone, or some variation of that, but that could change.)
I'm a nerdfighter! DFTBA if you're also a nerdfighter! (French the Llama, Nerdfighteria's awesome!)
I... Write Fanfiction. Obviously.
Anyway, I am an artist, and you can find some of my work here:. It's mostly fanart for HTTYD, but there is some other stuff.
I'm also on Tumblr, by the way. That's right here:.
I love Harry Potter, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, How to Train Your Dragon, Rise of the Guardians, Gilligan's Island... And more. Um, if I gave you a list, it would take a long, long time to scroll down to my stories.
I am on Pottermore! I'm a Hufflepuff. My wand is a thirteen inch, slightly springy silver lime with a dragon core.
Some random stuff about me:
I am autistic, so I don't really get people's emotions in real life.
I have gray-blue eyes.
I take pride in my stories, and I like it when others do the same. I hate it when people rush when writing fanfiction, because they could totally do so much better if they tried.
My favorite colour is blue.
I've always wanted to fly... And swim with dolphins. (I've swam with dolphins before, it's AMAZING... The dolphins I swam with are named Cleopatra and Poseidon, which I thought was perfect...)
I love ancient civilizations and everything to do with them. The stories, beliefs, architecture... Everything. ESPECIALLY the mythology.
(That is partly fuelled by my love for Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Kane Chronicles, and How to Train Your Dragon as well.)
I like cats.
I have a lazy cat. Her name is Cola, and I love her very much.
I'm stealing this off of Tumblr, but here: You know how people buy drinks for girls in bars? Why can't people do that in book stores? Like if I'm looking at a novel in Barnes and Noble and some person walks up to me and strikes up a conversation and offers to buy the book for me. There is a lot better chance of that working out in their favor than if it were a drink.
