I hit a big anniversary last year and almost missed it if it wasn't for a reader pointing it out. I can't believe it's been so long. It makes me happy though; I accomplished things I didn't think I would -- two novels?! -- and you'd be just as surprised if you saw that first story. LOL. But look at all it's brought me besides that, especially great friends and meeting some heroes.

Speaking of great friends, I'm keeping my friend Martha as as a starship captain for my avatar for awhile longer. She once told me that every Christmas, she read my Time of Peace and Stacy's And To All A Good Night (based on a scene from my Race of Cain). So I read them again for the first time in a while and I was so glad she had said so.

I wanted to get a story done for the anniversary story done for last year, but you've noticed I didn't. But it is coming, just a short Charvanek & Saavik storyj, and then back to Valeris Returns. Don't worry: all will get done. :)

Meanwhile: I really enjoy a good story and I've met so many great people through fic. I enjoy stories that get the characters and their environment right, and still come up with new, original ideas about them.

I read a lot here and I'm sure you do too. If you read my stories, I hope you enjoy them!
