Author has written 14 stories for How to Train Your Dragon, Bleach, Mass Effect, and Frozen.
Hey y'all! I'm 22 and been at this for four years now!
Hobbies: Track and Field might be the greatest achievement on this planet, closely followed by football, xbox and Olive Garden. I am an athlete, a damn strong one at that, but I love reading and I love writing (whether I'm good at the latter is yet to be seen!) I love history, more Ancient History and Mythology than modern, so in the stories I will write, you can bet that there will be a good dose of both in them.
I play alot of video games, mainly on xbox, but also on the computer. Real-Time Strategy games are my favorite, so anything like that I will play, Guaranteed.
Warcraft 2 and Warcraft 3:Frozen throne are wonderful games, as are Starcraft 1 and 2:Wings of Liberty, Looking forward to HotS (Heart of the Swarm)
Just as a note to game creators the world over: The PC is the ONLY console that can make the best use of the Real-Time strategy genre of gaming. RTS games on xbox and PlayStation are SHIT to play and difficult to play, due to the absence of hotkeys. You CANNOT effectively construct a working city with a healthy resource base with 5 buttons. Total obliteration of opponent(s) CANNOT be achieved with 5 buttons. It CANNOT be done, DON'T make me do it.
The Sims is a legitimate strategy game, don't try and tell me that it's not.
NOT hobbies: Anything, ANYTHING mathematical is at war with my brain. Me and math do not jive, we are not friends. In any way. If I could kill math, I might.
Don't know if many people have read it, but the Desert Spear by Peter V. Brett is my favorite book. If you want to know why, go and read it and tell me I'm wrong.
That is closely followed by books 2 and 3 of Eragon. The 4th book was an absolute butchery of the story and a complete and total let down of an ending.
The Night Angel trilogy by Brent Weeks are also VERY good books, if you like assassins and slitting throats and a godlike mentor who wants to kill you.
How to Train your Dragon: Where do I start? I felt that the movies plot was damn near perfect, as was the characterization and voice play throughout, mix that with the lingering love interest and romantic development of Astrid and Hiccup through the movie and the Gift of the Night Fury, along with the open possibilities for further installments make this movie my favorite. And I want my own Toothless :P (Meeting an Astrid wouldn't be bad either!)
Frozen: I will be completely honest. When Frozen first came out, with all the hype that it got, I was totally against it. I thought it was ridiculous that a movie could get so much friggen attention. I refused to go see it, and I refused to buy it. Finally, my girlfriend then, who is my fiancee now, forced me to watch it with her. I will gladly say that I was wrong about the movie. I loved it. Absolutely loved it. I'm writing a few fics for Frozen now.
Essentially, any good Disney Pixar, Dreamworks movies: Animated movies, when done correctly, are just fun and enjoyable to watch, no matter what age you are. These movies include: Tangled, HTTYD, Brave, Ice Age, and other such movies. SO, that being said, all those people out there who say college students should not be going to see animated films can kiss my tail spikes.
Transformers: I have watched Transformers since I was five years old. I grew up with Optimus watching my back, and Megatron standing in my classroom (Any math teacher, from first grade through sophomore year in college has been Megatron to me xD)
And now we get to video games. Has there ever been a greater thing in the world?
Mass Effect: Loved the whole trilogy, even if the ME3 sucked huge balls. The ME universe provides so many elements for good fanfics that I think it's reasonably hard to write a bad fic about it. If you're looking for good fics, I would definitely go read the works of the author Theodur. Truly a masterful writer with great stories.

Astrid is now Tyr's "Keeper", holding the key to his curse.
Zaia Shepard (Violet Eyes) - Kind of a pseudo OC, since Shepard is a canon character, but my variation is original. Just like any Shepard, really.
