Author has written 12 stories for Finding Sky, Harry Potter, Twilight, and Criminal Minds.
Hello, I'm Smitten-With-Day-Dreams (alias: Mirry). I'm a nineteen year old introvert with blue hair, and I'm currently in my second year of studying Creative Writing at University. I beyond aspire to some day work in publishing, and be a novelist. As of at the moment, my entire future prospectus is riding on this dream.
Writing Fan-Fiction is my
dirty, relatively well known hobby. I find it extremely fun, and I'm very passionate about the fandoms I write in.
My first literature love is Twilight, I confess. I still remember getting the first three books for Christmas, and reading them so fast my Dad had to go out on boxing day to get my the last book. I did nothing but read until I'd got to the end, so much that I ended up really ill from not eating. Specific smells still take me straight back to the adrenaline rush I got the first time I read them. So, as you can tell - I'm still pretty (pft, please. I'm so far gone) passionate about Twilight. My favourite character is definitely Jasper Whitlock
Mysterious Brooding DamnSon Hale, but I also completely adore Carlisle Cootiepatootie Cullen (what an adorable cinnamon roll).
Around early last year, I decided to finally bite the bullet and read the Harry Potter books. I'd grown up going to see all of the films with my family and though I enjoyed them, it never held my attention the same way Twilight did (and still does) but reading the books gave me so many ideas, and naturally I turned to Fan-Fiction because I really do prefer the alternative stories people write up. I'm a major Drarry fan, not going to lie. I have a Tumblr dedicated to them, what
painfully obvious gay beauties.
If you're still actually reading this, bravo. Give yourself a pat on the back. Before I stop rambling on about what my life is currently made up of, I have to mention my complete addiction to Criminal Minds. I was in the middle of binge-watching Supernatural (still on Season 6, oops) when a friend of mine introduced me to Criminal Minds. Ridiculously, she showed me (spoiler alert) the episode where Haley dies. I went back and started at the very beginning, and now I wake up every morning to an automatic reminder than I'm one day closer to the next episode of season 11.
There are plenty of other novels I adore, such as: Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. I feel like she literally wrote my life last year, except instead of me finding a boy; I found Game of Thrones. Same thing. I love Miranda Dickinson's novels; they're so fluffy and romantic, and Alexandra Potter's novels are simply hilarious. If you haven't read 'Be Careful What You Wish For' please go and find it, right now. It's so good. I still laugh at it.
I've told you all of this in hopes you're reading this and considering me to beta your stories, or collaborate on an idea. I honest to Peter 'GOD' Facinelli adore writing, I'm literally putting myself in
shit tons, ahem, lots of debt so I can learn how to be a better writer because it's something that makes me life feel meaningful. I'm not the best writer on here, and I'm not the best beta on here but I promise; I'll do my very very very best if you choose me to help you.
Thanks for reading,
and hopefully not judging, all of this. I hope it gives you a better insight into me as a fangirl, I mean, writer. I have stories below which shows you my writing style, some better than others. Believe me, I do write more and at one time; had around 50 stories on here but as I get older, my writing styles better and mature so I scrap certain stories from my online presence in order to update them.
If you have any questions at all, drop me a DM, and if you just want to chat; definitely do so! I'm very friendly, I assure you.
