Author has written 4 stories for Lord of the Rings, Hobbit, Norse Mythology, and Thor.
Hopefully this little note will not have to be up for long, but something serious needs to be addressed. Four days ago, an anonymous reviewer posted a rather nasty flame to the first chapter of my story "Esgalion's Mask," not only attacking the story but also directly demeaning me as well. I took it down; then another guest reviewer, which I have reason to believe is the same person, posted a second flame, once again to the first chapter, and the severity of the content increased a great deal, this time including profanity. Once again, I took it down, and once again, this same person has posted a third flame, which I just now removed. To whoever you are: yes, I am aware that you have the right to your own opinion, as I do to mine, but lashing out and completely demeaning someone else and their work is never the answer. As fans, we will run across others' work that we will not enjoy, which is OK. It's part of being a part of this community. People all have different tastes in what they choose to read and write, but if you find something that you don't like, *you don't have to read it!* And you certainly don't have to abuse the author. If you yourself have been flamed or insulted and are doing this as a lashing out because of it, then I am truly sorry that that happened to you. You probably didn't deserve it, and no one ever does. But my advice to you would be to take that experience and learn from it, to find it within yourself to forgive that person - which I know can be very difficult - and to move on. If you are doing this because you believe that in some way you are standing up for Tolkien's original work or for the fandom, know that you aren't. You wouldn't have to either; these books are considered to be literary classics and are a worldwide phenomenon for a reason. The only thing that you are doing is creating unnecessary strife for me, for the others that you may have flamed as well, and for yourself. There's no need to waste any energy on hate. In spite of all of this, know that should you persist in your actions, I will continue to take the abusive reviews down until you stop, and if there is a FF.net account attached to any of them, or should I find out who is behind this, know that I will IMMEDIATELY report you. You have my forgiveness, but know that I will not stand for this and can and will take any action necessary to stop it. Thank you.
Hey ya'll! I'm a country girl that LOVES to write. I am a HUGE Lord of the Rings fan and a friend recently turned me onto the Marvel Universe (using Thor of course). I'm also an under-cover Star Wars freak, but probably won't write anything along those lines. A lot of my stories (OK...ALL of my stories...) will probably be LOTR-related, but not to worry, I am an ardent hater of Mary-Sues and take great care to keep them out of my writing. I'm also working on a novel that can't be published here because it's kinda my own plot with my own characters. I'm also a fiddle player, a composer of music, and a HORSE FREAK (I'm an aspiring equine veterinarian!). While most girls drool over the men...I drool over the horses they ride!:)
Most importantly, I am a strong Christian and serve my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with all that I have. To Him be the glory for all my talents and accomplishments, including my writing and my stories!
Now I shall take the time to recommend two awesome writers on this site: Mischief's Angel and UnofficialBrideofPeregrinTook. They are incredible writers, and even better friends. The Three Hunters shall live on!! :)

THE VIOLA!!) "The Last Debate", the Rohan theme, and basically anything having to do with Rohan, The Shire, or the Elves.
A quick note about my stories: All of my LotR related stories except "The Glittering Caves" all exist in the same universe. So if you see OCs with the same names being interchanged between stories, that's why. "Hearts of Stone" is the sorta-kinda prequel to "Esgalion's Mask". And I might do more. Squee. So yeah...unless otherwise noted, the fics take place in the same universe. So reading one might give hints for the other.

To the haters: FLAME ON!!! Actually, I'd rather you didn't. If I see a flame in a guest review, I'll just delete it as soon as I can, but if I catch a bad flame with an actual account attached, know that I will not hesitate to report it. Love y'all, just thought it necessary to put that out there. :)
