Author has written 4 stories for Eyeshield 21, Harry Potter, and Naruto.
Zaraki Hariko here! I'm new to the fanfiction world so any constructive reviews will be greatly appreciated. Now, I'm not that familliar with the different terms in regards to types of stories and characters. If anyone knows a term that would help people find my stories better, I'd appreciate being PM'd with the term and it's meaning. If anyone can come up with a better summary for one of my stories (Or more than one as the case may be in the future), feel free to send them in a message and I'd be happy to change it if it is indeed better than my own summary. Also, I have no beta reader. Just a warning.
A little about me...let's see...
Name: You're not getting that! That's for me to know and you to not find out! Just call me Hariko :)
Age: Over twenty but under twenty five. Just sayin'
Gender: Can you guess?
Favorite Colour: It's a tie between Aqua and dark navy blue
Favorite book: The Kon-Tiki Expedition by Thor Heyerdahl. I've read it at least six times.
Favorite Television Show: America's Funniest Home Videos. I may not be American, but that show is good for a laugh.
Questions or concerns can be Private Messaged or left as a review, I try to get back to anyone that posts a question. For people who post a question as a Guest reviewer, since I can't message you a reply I'll probably post it at the bottom of the next chapter to be posted.
Thanks for all the encouragement and nice reviews, I really appreciate them,
P.S.: My two ongoing stories are on temporary hiatus as I update them to reflect my new writing style after my latest period of writers block. Please bear with me while I fix them and then get a new chapter for each out.
Choose one subject of Fanfiction (ex: Harry Potter, etc.) and pick 10 of its characters.
1. Harry Potter
2. Tom Marvolo Riddle
3. Bill Weasley
4. Lucius Malfoy
5. Viktor Krum
6. Sirius Black
7. Remus Lupin
8. Severus Snape
10. Luna Lovegood
1. Have you ever read a One/Four romance? Would you?
Yes, I have. I'd be quite willing to read another, too. Harry/Lucius is a favorite of mine. So is Harry paired with basically any male Slytherin.
2. What would your reaction be if Six wanted to go out with Ten?
I'd wonder what Sirius Black saw in Luna Lovegood...and I'd wonder what age Luna is when Sirius wants to go out with her. I imagine Wizards live longer, considering the ages of Dumbledore and some of the OWL examiners, so I doubt the age matters unless she's under seventeen at the time.
3. What would be the description for an Eight/Three fic?
Bill Weasley was cursed by an unknown ward on a pyramid in Egypt. Only Professor Snape's knowledge of curses, hexes and spell creation can create a spell to reverse the effects. Weasley's don't like being Malfoy blond and constantly itchy, after all.
4. What genre would you pick for a fic involving Two, Five, and Nine?
Tom Riddle, Viktor Krum and Griphook...totally humor with a hint of adventure.
5. If Seven played a sport, what would it be?
Soccer, probably. His canine instinct to chase things would be handy there, haha!
6. Where would Two and Four go if they were dating?
A medieval castle torture chamber. It's Tom Riddle and Lucius Malfoy, after all.
7. Do you or anyone you know think that Six is hot?
Oh, I'm all for Sirius. I don't know anyone else that likes him, though, mostly because I don't have any friends into fanfiction.
8. Would you read an Eight/Five fic?
Viktor Krum and Severus Snape...It would depend on the genre. Anything but Romance for these two, basically.
9. What would the warning be on a Ten/Seven fic?
Warning: Wolf!Remus has an unhealthy love for a pretty blond named Luna Lovegood.
10. Four is in a happy relationship with Nine, until Nine runs off to marry Five. Four is in a brief, unhappy relationship with Eight until Eight cheats on Four with Two. Four finally takes the advice of One and settles into a happy relationship with Three.
Okay, let's see. Lucius is in a happy relationship with Griphook, until Griphook runs off to marry Viktor. Lucius is in a breif, unhappy relationship with Severus, until Severus cheats on Lucius with Tom. Lucius finally takes the advice of Harry and settles into a happy relationship with Bill.
Well...that's a weird one to think about. I'm going to scrub my brain, now.
UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 22, 2015:
Hello, everyone! Zaraki Hariko here (of course)! I want to thank all my readers for being so patient with me and waiting for the newest chapters of either The Boy-Lord of Slytherin or A Hyuuga, a Nara, and a Haruno go to Hogwarts.
I've been suffering through extreme writers block recently and I've also gone back to school for my second year in my current College program (third year of College all together. I transferred programs). I had thought things would be like last year and wouldn't really pick up until mid-October but I was wrong. I have three projects for different classes, all due in early October, and all are worth 15% of my grade for their respective class.
Updates will continue to be sporadic, and I apologize ahead of time in advance. I'd wanted to get a chapter of The Boy Lord of Slytherin out for it's Anniversary but my writers block and preparing to move into the dorms didn't allow me time to really work on it. I've gotten a good 1/5th of the chapter written, but I'm not quite happy with what I have. I'm considering watching the relevant movie and reading a few fics to get me back into a Harry Potter mood. I'm sort of stuck on another fandom at the moment, which is the main writers block problem. I can't think of any HP ideas, only ideas for this other fandom and the more I write, the more ideas I get so it's spiraling out of control.
I've also been going through some personal health problems lately, so my time to write has been taken up with doctors appointments to try and figure out what's wrong. It's nothing terrible from what I understand, I'm not going to die from it or anything, I just need to watch what I eat and make sure to take some vitamin supplements and I should be fine. Because of this health issue, though, I do feel incredibly tired for most of the day. This makes writing, even assignments, difficult because I tend to drift off partway through unless I drink coffee, which slows my bodies absorption of the Iron I need to keep my energy up.
This is just my luck, I'm used to it. Stuff like this happens all the time to me.
You're all amazing people, and I'm glad to be acquainted with you all. Thanks again for being so patient and so understanding.
