Hello, lovely viewer!

You are currently viewing my profile, whose purpose is to be informative.

The name which you see - obviously a pen-name - in reality belongs to the first wife of Edgar Allan Poe.

I am not a native speaker of English, so forgive any grammar mistakes.

So, about the writing... First of all, I love reading and that subsequently lead to my first attempts at writing. Authors which I admire are Edgar Alan Poe, Arthur Conan Doyle, Baudelaire, Axel Munthe, T.S. Eliot, Tolkien, Chretien de Troyes, Papadiamantis, Philipp Vandenberg, Philip Pullman, Peter Currey, Lewis Carroll, Lemony Snicket, Joseph Heller... - and really the list is endless.

I am currently a student and I intend to study either Biochemistry or Philosophy when I enter university studies. Possibly both.

I speak three languages: English, French and Greek(Modern and Ancient).

I am also a keen collector of insects, which I preserve in liquid resin. I categorise and label them, creating a folder with information for each. I also collect butterflies and moths.

I despise many things. Inability of completion of a task which you are occupying yourself with, lack of patience, acting superior when you are not, talking without arguments and systematic rejection of someone's ideas without having the proper antilogue to project and clarify the strong parts of your opinions... etc.

I enjoy practicing and spectating the performing arts. I have been playing the piano for years and I dance ballet at a professional level. I like theatre and singing too, but since I have no time for taking lessons for both of them, I practice my humble skills from the safety of my bedroom.

I hope you will enjoy my stories. Reviews are gold! :)
