I'm a Latin teacher and shadowy but no less enthusiastic fanfic reader extraordinaire. I mostly ship couples that are considered slightly controversial (I'm looking at you, good ship Reylo! Also, let's hear a loud cheer for SS/HG!) but definitely have my roots in the glorious Labyrinth and Phantom of the Opera worlds of fanfiction. You really can't go wrong there.

When not teaching Latin to middle schoolers (by choice, by the way--twelve-year-olds are the best to teach! never a dull moment), I'm usually found reading, playing lawn games, or trying to convince my cats that they really want to be friends (they don't; oh gosh, they really really don't). Yes, I'm still alive, and with an update for Sunder, no less. Still working on As Never Before, and I haven't forgotten Return to Paris either. I've finally upgraded to Scrivener, which is making life a whole lot easier since I don't have to juggle as many Word docs. I'm cautiously optimistic that I'll have an easier time updating. Thank you for not giving up on me!

I've just resurfaced after years (oh my gosh, literally YEARS) being away. Sorry isn't enough, I know, but I'm excited to be back! As Never Before is high on the list of my priorities, but I haven't forgotten Return to Paris and Sunder either. We'll get there, folks!

Finally, inspiration! I'm hesitant to make any promises, but I do have fairly recent updates for As Never Before, Sunder and Return to Paris, as well as a new oneshot for the SS/HG ship. It is terribly fluffy, but I'm done ignoring any sort of inspiration when it strikes me. I plan on continuing work on all of my stories, though updating will be as sporadic as usual, I'm sure, especially with the fall semester beginning at the end of the month. Senior year, here I come...
