I would like to apologise to anyone that has started reading my stories, and then started looking at the dates, comparing calendars and eventually clicking on my profile to try and figure out what is going on. Dear readers and followers and friends, a lot has been going on. After two years of making a home, I have been told my love is unrequited and thus the relationship has come to an end. I had to move out and move on, find a place and so on.. all the malarkey and heartache that comes with such events. And it is still quite fresh..

Lucky for me I had some amazingly supportive friends and colleagues and family and I do have a little place now and an awesome job. Fanfiction is still very precious to me, and even though it doesn't look like it on the dates, the writing is still going on behind the scenes, because fanfiction is my hiding place when my mind needs refuge from too much thinking.

THE WRITING IS STILL ON, and posting shall resume..

My apologies for my long silences and updates growing irregular, but things have been hectic and interesting and busy in RL.. And I have a very important announcement to make: I quit my job, and I'm moving to the UK! =O Big big HUGE step there, and so for the upcoming few months I might be silent again updates wise, until I settle in and sort my stuff; you know.. the works.. I'll try my best to answer PMs, but no promises on the updating field , surprises might happen though.. :)

About me.. I live on an island and I work in a bookshop. I love to read and write, and been writing for a long long time, mostly for my own entertainment. Fanfiction gives me the space to share that writing and the joy of storytelling with other, like-minded people. For this I am happy and grateful.

Language and grammar wise I might limp here and there, as English is third language for me. (I'm of Hungarian nationality, Romanian citizen) So please, If you read any of my works and spot a typo or grammar that's not quite how it should be, do send me a PM about it so I can correct it :)

View on writing.. Words are like magic; they can cut like swords; they can soothe like lover's embrace; they can heal like ointment; they can cheer like the best of friends; they can tear down walls and rebuild castles.

Reviews.. If I read something I really like, I try to leave a review. Sometimes putting it aside and going back to it later, so I can formulate it just right. I think a review has to contain more then a word or two of "like it" or "update soon"; a review has to have an opinion in it, so that the writer can really get an image about what the readers like or dislike; what they are looking forward to, what they found confusing, scary or funny. It's nice to see the review-count go up, but getting a lengthy review is always good. Sometimes it's a flame or harsh critic, but least you know what you are provoking out of people, instead of two words that can mean one thing or another.

My own little terms and expressions:

RSTA - 'read-something-too-awesome' - thus I am all curled up into a whimpering ball of mess, from an overdose of awesomeness and am unable to write anything of my own. (Give it time.. I'll get over it)

UBUS - 'uncertainty-before-update-syndrome' - meaning I am really really not sure if the story/chapter I am about to post is really ready for posting or should need more editing. (Usually best solution is to read over it again and post then make a run for it)
