Author has written 5 stories for Hunger Games, and Greek Mythology.
Hi guys, I'm BrieflySweet, not sweet forever or for a moment, but BrieflySweet! :D
Check out my stories:
Freedom of a Mockingjay- AU In Panem, Mockingjays are rare, beautiful winged humans that have been driven to near-extinction. Under the Capitol they can be bought or sold for outrageous prices. When Katniss Everdeen the Mockingjay is bought by Cato, can she find the courage to regain her freedom among the many obstacles that withstand in her way, including Cato himself?
Enraptured Prisoner: Panem was divided into 13 kingdoms fighting among themselves for power and land. That all changed when District 2 joined forces with the Capitol and conquered Panem. Now Panem is split into two kingdoms, one ruled by the Capitol and one ruled by District 2. The war has ended and prisons are filling up. But why does King Cato order Katniss to be taken to his chambers instead? AU
28th Hunger Games: Ripping of Human Soul: 24 tributes are forced to fight for their lives. Friendships will develop, love may blossom, trust be broken, blood will flow, but in the end one will remain standing.
God of Light, Precious Sacrifice: Trying my hands at weaving, I have spun new tales for the Tapestry of Fate in Greek mythology. Apollo the Far-Shooter has never been lucky when it comes to love and mortal (or divine) women. Ophalia is sick with worry and anger when her beloved homeland of Yence is plagued in famine. She decides to not worship the gods anymore - an action that will generate the gods' wrath. Can Apollo warn her in time?
I love writing as much as you love reading (and reviewing :D). I try to be really openminded when it comes to reading and writing.
I've reached a point in my life where my reality revolves around a series of both philosophical and abstract thinking. I try to apply these thoughts, the knowledge of the past, and what numerous questions among very few answers to my life in order to have a more fulfilling life along with enriching and enlightening others'. I am trying to develop deep connections with my emotional and spiritual intellects to appease the shallow depths of society we currently live in. Behind the screen I am a poet as well as an aspiring writer and philosophy and psychology lover.
I love speaking with readers and writers and people who share a similar outlook as well as a different one, so please, please, don't ever be afraid to pm me.
If I haven't updated in a while, I am still in the process of working. I won't let the Catoniss stories go undone.
The Hunger Games belong to Suzanne Collins and Greek Mythology belongs to the Greeks.
Other great things I've read (and loved):
All kinds of mythology and folklore, really
Most of Ray Bradbury's works
Fables and Fairytales (Brothers Grimm and Aesop)
Classics like Anne of Green Gables and Little Women
