I'm not much of a writer. Haven't written a thing for years due to my festering writer's block. English is also a second language to me, so naturally it's not easy for me to write in English. Then again, I never could write very well in my native language because insults and some terms used for teasing between friends sound so harsh in my own language when compared to its translation. I enjoy reading fanfictions on this website and am actively trying to inspire myself to write again; though it's really not going as smoothly as I'd hoped. There are a few pairings that I especially love reading about in fan fiction. I mostly read slash; because yaoi changed my life when I chanced on it once upon a long time ago. My OTP: Draco X Harry from the Harry Potter series. I do have interest in other pairings, some of them slash and some of them heterosexual. Here's a list of my top 10; though I have no idea if I can inspire myself to write about any of them. 1. Luke Skywalker x Mara Jade from Star Wars 2. Ulqiorra Cifer x Orihime Inoue from the anime Bleach 3. Snape x Harry from HP 4. Pansy Parkinson x Teddy Lupin (I have a certain writer to thank for my love of this relatively weird pairing) 5. Any fic containing Uruha, Aoi and/or Ruki from the Japanese band the Gazette (Which is actually not permitted on , if I understand the rules and regulations correctly) 6. Destiel from Supernatural TV series (Because Misha Collins makes the funniest statements that unnerve that guy who plays Dean Winchester. Sadly I haven't found any with a promising storyline) 7. Dramione (In small doses on account of my OTP cancelling my interest in this pairing) 8. Zack Fair x Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy Crisis Core 9. Harry x Bill Weasley from HP (Hmm... I really can't imagine Bill bottoming. Can you?) 10. Ron Weasley x Pansy Parkinson from HP (I can't explain why I ship them, I just do) Anyways; here's to hoping I actually manage to write something; and if I do, to my actually completing it and not leaving it hanging to collect virtual dust. |
